Excellent service

Superb service. Patrick helped me out in a bind. Couldn’t be more grateful!

I ordered a duffel bag and after 4 days of hearing nothing (I paid for quick delivery) I emailed them wondering when delivery was going to happen and was told sorry you're bag got lost and we don't have anymore of those bags.
Maybe a good company but would have been better them contacting me rather than I have chased it up.
For that I can only give 1 Star

Got the bag at a good discount and arrived promptly and well packaged. Happy with the bag and the whole experience. Thanks.

The incorrect bag was delivered but how amazing the response was to resolve it and Kate sorted it and had my bag the next day, extremely impressed with their service and response. Bag is amazing and very impressed with their service given.

Ordered a Briggs and Riley bag, was delivered very promptly and the price was very competitive. However the customisation requested was not applied so i contacted customer support via email and they were very quick responding. Abbie was dealing with my issue and was very polite and quickly confirmed customisation was not applied as requested. She organised for a customised label to be sent with instructions how to fit it and even sent a free gift for the inconvenience. Very great customer service and will be shopping here again.

They had a fault with the bag I ordered when they went to personalise it. I chased to see where it was and they had apparently sent an email previously (which I did not receive). You'd have thought a call may have followed given the issue with the bag.

Couldn't offer me a replacement as was out of stock, was unable to offer me a suitable alternative so I agreed to a refund.

Then took approx 1 week to receive the refund on PayPal - disappointing service all round, but not negligent.

The item never arrived (it's been 2 weeks), and no contact was made.

After the purchase, I received a DPD tracking link, but no item has been shipped.

I am very confused because this was meant to be a trusted shop. I've tried to make contact and yet I have no responses. I'm trying to get my credit card to refund the purchase.

Now I am out of the country, and it is very difficult to resolve the issue.
