I have been receiving orders from various suppliers as I recently moved house.

Your delivery tracking system was the best of all of my experiences with clear updates.

This obviously means that I can plan my time and not wait around needlessly.

The delivery team were professional, pleasant and efficient.

So friendly and explained the weight of the table and the best way to put the legs on.
Left the box where I needed it and also explained the best way to open it.

I'd have given a 5, except a Loft sofa that I have only had for just over 2 years (and very little use), has started ripping at the seams on the cushions that sit behind the back. Some on the seams of the seat cushions as well.

I have followed all cleaning instructions - professionally cleaning the covers (which is annoying to begin with) - and this has still happened.

I've reached out to customer support asking for nothing more than to replace the cushion covers that have started to fail. I am shocked by the customer service! They have been given the run around, and ultimately told that it's not their problem as I'm technically outside of my 2 year warranty (by about 2 months). Even after insisting from the start that this be reviewed as a Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees case, NOT a warranty case.

I paid over $3,000 for this sofa and in no way is it reasonable that it is falling apart already after 2 years of minimal use!

I don't have children, I do not use the lounge often, and am in shock by how the company has handled the whole thing.

They're now telling me that since I don't have proof (receipts of professional cleaning from the local dry cleaners), that they will have a 3rd party technician come out to assess the damage. I would love to know who keeps every one of those little slips from the dry cleaners every time they go for their usual cleaning needs... nobody, that is who.

This is 'conclusion' was only given to me after about 15 emails of pushback, being told that the photos I've provided of the rips show that the damage has happened due to incorrect cleaning.

I would love to know how someone can look at 3 photos of tears (in various places) and determine such a thing?

I would also love to know how Lounge Lovers can charge over $3,000 for a 4 seater lounge and deny any responsibility when it starts falling apart after minimal use and cleaning methods under THEIR guidelines.

I LOVE Lounge Lovers furniture. Up until now, I've had a great experience. But this has been a completely unreasonable experience, and frankly, I am shocked that they can get away with this.

Buyer -- be warned! Your lounge WILL begin to fall apart just after the 2 year warranty is up. And they will not accept any fault, replace the damaged covers, and will insist that the only way to determine if they can help is have a 3rd party technician come out to your home and inspect it.

I cannot wait to see what the technician can do... he will look at the exact same rips that I have sent across in my images, I will tell him that I have gone to the professional dry cleaner around the corner, and he will probably be able to come to the same conclusion that I have. A 2-year old lounge should not be falling apart like this.

Unacceptable.

A smart business would simply replace the problematic covers (which is all I've asked for) to retain me as a customer who has spent several thousands of dollars with them. It would probably cost them a few hundred dollars, if that, to just replace them.

Instead, they've fobbed me off, been combative, and are violating Australian Consumer Law guarantees. I have no doubts others will read this and think twice about shopping with them.

Poor, poor customer service. Shame on you LL.

Excellent delivery service — the team handled everything with care and kept me updated throughout

I ordered this chaise, and was able to choose a delivery date. Only had to wait 2 days. Communication was excellent with frequent updates from real people.
Tracking was excellent, best I’ve seen.
Sofa arrived brought in by 2 lovely guys who made Huge fuss of our greyhound!
All in all a 5* service. Plus the sofa is great, dog loves it too.

I purchased the Manhattan TV unit from Lounge Lovers for around $1400 (on sale) and was extremely disappointed with the quality, especially given the price.

The unit arrived looking fine, but on the same day it was delivered, a very light knock from a DVD case caused the stain/finish to come away. This happened during normal, careful use, which raises serious concerns about the durability and overall quality of the product.

For a piece of furniture at this price point, I would expect a properly sealed, durable finish that can handle everyday use in a living room. Instead, the surface appears very fragile and easily damaged, which is not acceptable for something positioned and priced as a premium item.

I contacted customer service and was told the issue was “accidental damage” and therefore not covered. I strongly disagree, as this is clearly a quality and finish issue rather than misuse.

Overall, the quality does not match the price at all, and the customer service response was unhelpful and dismissive.

Do not recommend buying this product.

I purchased the harmony headboard a few years ago in velvet olive.Great price, the only negative is it wasn’t available for 3-6months from date of purchase. I loved it so I accepted the wait time. It’s been a beautiful quality headboard which I still love. Great customer service & product with affordable prices. I’d come back for more. Thanks LLs

I purchased the long beach corner sofa in sienna natural after seeing it in store at lounge Lovers. The size, shape and style of couch is beautiful and it's such a great size. There were many colour options, we chose a beautiful natural colour with a textured look. The couch was a great price with very good sales on, the delivery was free and the delevery team was fantastic, very careful and skilled. It was great that we were able to choose the day for the couch to arrive to make sure someone was home. We're so happy with our purchase, thanks for a very fast and seamless process LL!

Great communication with constant updates about the delivery timeframe. The driver was on time, very friendly and my new lounge was set up quickly with rubbish removed so I can enjoy straight away :)

The quality and look of the entertainment unit and coffee table we bought are premium and look so great in our new place. So happy with our purchase!
