Loves in garden city,ga on dean forest. Maintenance horrid female name Shawn will pretend to be a manager and call the cops on anyone sleeping in the customer only section. When that is a truck stop/rest area.
The managers are afraid of her. If you're reading this please report any rude and nasty person at loves to the corporate office, because my experience and others at that specific one made us all close our love account and never go back to loves again.

Pump would not accept I'd for 10 cent discount. Message on pump said go inside.
Went inside and told clerk about discount. He said no problem
Went to pump, no discount.
If clerk did not know how to give discount then just say so

Monday October 19 around 2:20 am.

My husband and I WILL NEVER AGAIN go to this place! We went to the North Fort Myers location for an oil change and waited 3 hours. There was no other trucks waiting, so I asked Ron what the hold up was and he said they didn't have anyone to do the oil change, I asked why he couldn't do it, and he was super rude and nasty telling us it was not his job!!! I asked to speak to a manager and he laughed in my face, went in the back slammed the door. I followed him, and was yelled at by another man ... I will be telling everyone I know about this! Your employees have no respect for customers!!!!

We were driving on Route 283 From Lancaster PA to Harrisburg PA when we had a tire blow out, we were able to pull off the Vine St exit near Hummelstown PA. We spotted a Love's Travel Station / Truck Stop nearby and limped over there to be off the road and get assistance. We called our Auto Insurance carrier (we have roadside coverage) and we got a tow truck out to tow the car to a local tire center about 5 miles away. We had coverage for a ride share app, but the app was NOT consumer friendly (yes, we are Senior Citizens). Ther Just happened to be a Love's Truck Mechanic Instructor named Lonnie (from Ohio - Good people in Ohio) ... He asked us if we were ok? We said we were having a problem getting a ride to the afore mentioned tire center, He graciously offered us a ride there ... going out of his way to help strangers ... This Man saved our bacon and we greatly appreciated the help !! We have stopped at Love's Locations in the past and have generally found them to be above average in service, cleanliness, and just over all helpful and kind people!! Lonnie was definitely one of these folks !! Thank you Lonnie, Love's is sure to be happy to have employees such as yourself !!

Filled up at Loves and my mileage went from 35mpg to 20mpg!!

Tried to register loves card so I could get shower after fueling up.customer service closed on weekend told to wait til Monday manager at truck stop says nothing they can do even though I have my fuel reciets.how can a company expect a driver to uy 1000 dollars of fuel and then still have to pay for a shower because their customers service is not open I am done using loves truck stops..

I went to Elk City ok to visit my son and on Sunday when I was coming home I stop to put gas at a Love's store paid 45 dollars of gas only 35.02 went in car and the guy working there said they put it back on my card till this day I have gotten nothing and this is not tge first time but didn't ask for receipt last times I put gas but this time I did how much I paid for gas and how much I put of gas and send corporate an email they answer back they be in touch with me and nothing this happen on September 20-26 we already in October and nothing I guess they need it more and give no stars but won't let me post without marking a star but give no stars just plain old service on corporate behalf

On October 1, Loves have taken away the free drink refills. Even for diamond members getting over 1500 gallons of fuel a month time to pick a new location guys.

Loves is allowing people to come in a store with dogs pets and fake emotional support animals. This is illegal. If people say a dog is a service dog that is not that is also illegal. Any place that serves food is supposed to be no animals. People let there dogs lick shit they are giving there dogs showers in loves showers. The problem is a lot of people are highly allergic to animals. I know people love there dogs but everyone else does not leave your dog in the car or truck and Gods sake stop giving them showers. Gloves needs to train the law on emotional support animals and pets and starting forcing the law before they lose their health certificate. Make it clear I'm not talking about truly trained papered service dogs I'm talking about the emotional support dogs and the pets that are not supposed to be in stores that serve food.

This review is about the Love's travel center in Fond du Lac, WI. On 9-17-2026 at about 5:30 PM I used their RV dump station. I have used this dump station many times over the years. I live nearby. During this recent visit the auto sprinkler system started while I was still emptying my RV tanks. I got soaked trying to close bay doors and stopping the dump process on my motorcoach. I went inside and asked them to turn off the sprinklers. The cashier summoned the manager. The mid 20s female manager said they couldn't turn off the sprinklers because corporate controls them. She claimed there was no sprinkler valve or switch on site to turn them off. She said they come on the same time each day and it's not the job of a cashier to know what time they come on or to warn customers. I asked her to bring a couple of buckets to cover 2 of the heads so I could complete my RV dump. She eventually met me at their dump station saying they had no spare buckets. I tried to educate her on the finer points of customer service, warning dump station users or others (the sprinklers also affected the tire air pump, LP refill, dog park and grass walk areas) or maybe posting warning signs. She was completely negative stating it is a corporate issue, not her problem. I spent about 15 minutes trying to reason with her all this time standing out of reach of the sprinklers while she stood getting soaked by the sprinklers. I asked why she didn't move so she wouldn't get wet. She responded she wanted to show me it's only water and I would dry out later. Obviously this manager was not a mental giant and was out of her element to be a manager. Despite telling me the sprinklers would shut off in 5 minutes by the time I left some 25 minutes later they were still on. I guess the lessons here are the quality of employee Love's puts in charge and if you're going to a Love's travel center you do so at your own risk as they bear no responsibility for what happens.

Loves suck for there app being down and I drove to this high price gas station thinking I was gonna save a dollar and it cost me more money to gas up.

Went to refill a soft drink and was met with a rude girl stating their managers policy was no refills that I had to use their cup.
So I simply put it this way
WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS AND WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT UTILIZE LOVES ANY LONGER THATS OUR POLICY TO YOU.
PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSINESS YOUR STORE IS AN EYESORE...

I’m an OTR driver and Love’s has to be the creepiest truck stops in the United States. They don’t care about the drivers they price gouge everything in the stores. You don’t take a shower in seven days they take away all your showers because you feel it different truck stops was at a Love’s and went open the app and I had 16 showers yesterday and no showers today. Love’s has to be the creepiest BS corporate I’ve ever seen. I hate Love’s. This is why I feel a pilot Petros and flying Jays and TAS. I will never do business at Love’s again.

I went to get a shower the other nite and the showers at loves in jasper al are disgusting the floors were slimy their were hair all over the place and mold but my biggest complaint.was the hair I really don't think they are being cleaned at all!!! 17.00 a shower is a little steep for this dump

I visited store 723 in Laramie, Wyoming. I needed one tire to be changed. It took them two hours to change it. I literally watched as they did other things besides changed my tire. For the amount of time they’re dawdling put me behind schedule. It should’ve been free.

Went in to get gas and no one was behind counter. Finally I seen a worker and asked her to check me out but no response. Finally the other clerk comes back and says, “Well I was showing a customer something.” Didn’t like the attitude she had so I left and will not return.

Loves @ Memphis TN on Lamar gets 1 star. Ice and drink fountain dispenser are always out of ice and drinks. No pre cooked food or fruit cups. Even Subway was closed. SMH, Sad store compared to pilot & T/A truck stops.

We presented the Speedco at a Love's Truck Stop in Carlisle, PA with a Freightliner that the cab A/C was not working. The supervisor did not want to talk to our fleet maintenance team. He also stated that the equipment which was used to diagnose A/C issues was not functioning, yet he attempted repairs anyways. All that was done was to evacuate the freon in the unit and recharge it. This didn't work. It is hard to be a professional driver, driving hours on end in July with no working AC. It is even harder to be charged over $300 just to charge a unit without fixing the real problem. Mechanics and techs need to troubleshoot to actually fix the problem, not show attitude and refuse to listen to customers.
