I've stayed or attempted to stay at Rv hookup sites at love's only to completely disappointed. Many sites don't have full amenities or unusable connections, trashed and not as advertised. Overpriced.

The staff here at the Love's off of highway 93 in Nevada has really bad attitudes they lied to drivers telling them that they have to wait multiple hours for the tire tech to come in and fix a blown tire all for a driver to clearly see that they pick and choose who truck they want to fix and when they want to fix it I have been sitting here in the parking lot since 1:30 p.m. and now it is 7:24 p.m. and I'm now being told that my truck will not be fixed on until 11:00 p.m. and there's no guarantee that they will be able to change my tire at that time as well

Had a flat tire on our car & made it to Loves #560, Franklin,VA
Alex at the tire service center changed it to our spare for us & was very friendly

#461 loves in St Louis is the worst in the country. The guys who run the fuel desk are amazing though I have to admit. I think their issue comes from leadership. Tonight my issue was with the security lady who I encountered at about 10:30. First of all they have a gate blocking the front parking lot. She told me the front is closed at 8:00 pm. I parked in the back. She informed me that the actual parking spots are for employees only and I had to park in the lot blocking truck drivers from leaving if need be. That makes it a long walk for someone like myself who is injured on a bad foot and just leaving the emergency room. So I wasn’t able to be serviced because she told the store not to allow me inside. We attempted to talk it out but her only form of communication is talking and not listening. I just wanted to explain that all of these unethical rules don’t seem to be loves policy but are only for store 461 she actually agreed. I understand she’s just doing what she was told but if loves is going to close at 8:00 pm for customers who aren’t in semi trucks they should still be convenient for any and every one trying to patronize the business. Or at least have a sign no handicap customers who need to park close are allowed.

DO NOT USE Loves Financial factoring side of the business if your a trucker. they bought out TBS factoring company and they had NO new agreement my contrct was still under TBS but loves charged me 5k to get out the contract. i had to pay it because they would Sabotage my payments by not factoring my loads on time, charging me extra.The dragging they feet when I agreed to pay the 5k. They really got mad and delayed my release. Don't trust or do business with these people you'll see.

Too many cars unattended at the gas pumps. You need signs that say do not leave car unattended and someone outside to prevent people from parking at the gas pumps.

The cashiers and including the mangers has no idea how to print a pdf file. Clueless! Took an hour and half to get a Bill of Lading printed.

Aimin is a rip-off con artist. I don't know if the work he charged me was done correctly. I'm having to take my car to another mechanic to find out what's wrong and to see if the work Aimin said he did was done correctly. I will never use this guy again or recommend him to anybody

I never give 5star so the highest is 4stars with me cuz nobody perfect but with that being said Rebecca at store #457 is great she have a smile and will go back n forth with u,I don’t mind her at all she is friendly with all of us I don’t recommend her.

We went in Subway to order a sandwich and drink and hopefully avoid the craziness. We were allowed to pay for our sandwich but when we ask about drinks, they told us we had to go outside the restaurant and get it at that point. My husband had to stand in line of about 10 people. It was probably 15 minutes maybe longer before he came back into the Subway so we could eat our sandwich. In addition, trying to get gas it would not accept our debit card and would not accept our credit card. Maybe it’s us because we’re old. Maybe we just need to get with it but we will never go there again.

Your prices are ridiculously high, coffee always tastes like it's 3 days old, and absolutely no water pressure in the showers anymore! Y'all use to be the best out here and you have stepped so far away from that it's not even funny! You cater to the vacationers more than you do the folks that keep this country running.

I fuels at loves in Lodi my Apple Watch got accidentally got kicked out of the truck as soon as I realized I called them they told me they had it and it was safe I drive out of Portland when I returned I went in to retrieve it they absolutely refused to help me I asked my husband to try and even with my phone pinging the watch right there they refused to look I did not block the watch because they said it was safe so for 4 days they had access to all of my info if they would have said they didn’t find it I could have blocked it and they would not return it to me I am a woman truck driver. I’ve been driving trucks for 15 years. I work for a very large, very prestigious company and I have notified the president of my company about the way that we are treated when we come to love we will never fuel there again just because I’m a truck driver does not mean that I do not have an education and that I’m a scumbag. I drive trucks so that my husband and I can be together and work towards a common goal together, I have never been treated as horribly as I have my loves and we will never feel there again or shop there which we do a lot of I don’t know what standards that you tried to uphold with your company, but my company doesn’t uphold the same values as you it is a hard job. It’s hard to be on the road. People are rude and disrespectful on the road and when we come into a place that is supposed to be geared towards the truck driver and we’re treated that way it is unconscionable to me, but that’s the face you want of your company. It’s disgusting.

Will never come here again I had to spend 39 dollars for a pair of simple reading glasses that should cost no more than a few dollars never again

I stopped into Love's at 45761 Dillon Road, Coachella, CA 92236. I spoke to David G. Quintero. He was exceptionally helpful to me. I had a blown tire and a broken leaf spring on my trailer. His team helped me secure my axle and suggested where I could find a replacement leaf spring. David and his team really helped me out. When I offered to pay, he said it was okay, and they provided some labor to secure the axle. If you want exceptional service, go see David Quintero at the Dillon Road Loves. He is the general manager, and he totally gets customer service. Thank you to them.

Gas $4.19/ gal. No problem, gas high everywhere. No windshield washer fluid or squeegee available. Had to go inside to get receipt. No employee behind counter to ask for it. Location: East side of Rapid City, SD near Ellsworth AFB. Delay getting back on interstate.

I visited love’s travel stop in Tallulah, Louisiana to get an oil change for my semi truck. Came in and spoke with manager, Deante Riser and requested to get synthetic full synthetic T6 1540.
I expressed to the manager that I only wanted this particular oil because I had previous issues with a tech putting the wrong oil in my truck therefore loves had to repair it.
The churches chicken train manager mentioned that I needed to exit the building because I screamed liability!
I then walked out frustrated calling him an dumb A which was wrong…
I then walk back and ask him for his name when he presented me a car asked me if I want to call customer service there with him. Not only did I feel antagonize, but I also felt discriminated against because of no fault on my own negligence of one of his team members. To be labeled as a liability, which is very offensive he saw nothing wrong with it and was very dismissive about it.

Nobody gave ma shower ,I drove 1000 miles ,all rooms were vacant but she said it wasn't clean, I beg her ,but she said No! I ask how long need to wait ? She answered I m not sure it will be cleaned

Bernard here….Loves in ga off exit 129 is a shit show. Went for a tire at 8 pm at 10:30 they said I had to wait till the morning then I went to TA and got it changed that night. Called the next day and the manager sided with the workers. All full of SHIT! Bypass em …. Horrible

For the last 78 months, I have been traveling interstate 40 for about 800 miles and all the time that I have traveled back-and-forth every time I stop at loves they are absolutely filthy. There’s one I stopped at every toilet was on flushed and it was crap and toilet paper on the floor floors loves truck stops are the filthiest places in the country with the exception of one the loves truckstop in Clovis, New Mexico what a shack I went in there and the restroom was clean never before if I seen that in a loves and I complimented the employees and I wanted to leave a comment for the company, but they won’t even let me do it so I’ll do it publicly.

I don't like the fact that drivers cannot stay in the comfort of their own trucks while in the shop or outside bay, even when tech isn't working on truck. They expect us to just hang out in their fast food restaurant on those hard plastic benches or chairs, even though sometimes our trucks are in shop up to 8 or more hours sometimes. Loves do not provide a driver's lounge as some of the other truck stops does and so drivers are uncomfortable either in loves waiting room or restaurant in main bldg for however long it takes. How hard would it be for them to put an empty trailer in one of the spots and put some comfortable chairs a d A/C & heat. Drivers come in tired and spend most of their 10 hr break in uncomfortable conditions and have to start back driving a couple of hours later while loves charge their company a bunch of money for work done to trucks. No concerns for drivers while truck in shop.
