Great service. The smart plugs are reasonably straightforward to pair with the app. They work well and I can use my phone to switch them on and off or can programme them. Very useful.

I had a problem with my Victron Cerbo GX-S which I reported to Victron. Lowenergysupermarket asked me to return the unit to them. As the unit was found to be faulty and beyond repair they promptly supplied a new replacement unit. All working properly again now.

Ordered a door draft exclusion kit it arrived really quickly. Quality was excellent good value for the price. Would highly recommend this supplier.

We bought their Stormguard Aquacarrier Qlon Around Door Seal Durable Draught Excluder Weather Proofing Strip. An excellent product that finally solves draft proofing our 200 year old cottage front door! Thanks. What would make this product even better is a simple fitting instruction leaflet. I am a retired engineer so fitting the seal was straight forward, but for, lets say, less practical people it could have been a bit of a challenge. Something a long the lines of a list of tools needed ie fine tooth junior hacksaw, measuring tape, and a simple procedure to cut and install the seal. However, having said that it is a very good product.

Timer Plugs - Great value for money. Very easy to set programme timer (15-20 settings available). Lamps around house turn on/off without having to go round and do it every day. Great despatch and delivery time.
Would recommend and buy from again.

Ordered and received in 48hours. One item was the wrong colour. I emailed with a picture and the corrected item was with me in another 48 hours. Excellent service when things go wrong is all you can ask. Mistakes happen.

Good value product to save water in toilet cistern.

All products tested have failed.

Small bathroom with 3 x2w led lamps works fine on standard on/off switch - no fan in circuit.

(i) Tried PIR switch (twice) -timing was inconsistent - turned off inconsistently, one wouldn't turnn on again even waving in front of it for 5-10 seconds.
(ii) Tried timer button switch (twice) with their supplied capacitor, would start to flicker after 15-20 seconds
(iii) Tried their motion switch - didn't work at all - caused fuse to go.

Re the latter I sent them a pic of the wiring - their reply was " we can't advise on electrical matters" refused to comment.

So great ideas, but poor execution

I have now installed a timer switch from another manufacturer - works great - one thing different is that there is a jumper for different Watt loads - is this a problem for you ?

Purchased item from this company on Thursday, arrived Friday, brilliant, working perfectly, great price

Our front door had a very ineffective rain deflector with rain finding its way under the door and onto the carpet in the porch. As the outside of the house was undergoing complete maintenance and repainting, this was a good time to replace the deflector. We ordered the Double Fin Rain Deflector which certainly appears well designed and well made. It was simple to replace and the recent very wet weather has put it to the test - with very promising results. So far then: a good, modern product, delivered quickly, easy to fit and effective.

Appaling service, ordered knauf loft insulation from this company. Arrived via Evri & all the rolls were cut in half?? Reply i got from the seller was "you've got what you ordered"? AVOID.

Aluminium/rubber bottom-of-door sealing strips: delivered the day after I ordered them so better than Royal Mail…. The strips were exactly what was needed for my bi-fold doors which are exposed to some wind and rain at times - took me less than 1 hour to cut and fit them to three doors. They look unobtrusive and part of the door, and I’m very happy with the result. Hoping they will keep dust and debris from entering the bottom track of the doors and keep the rain out too. I’m now looking to fit something similar at the top of the doors as well. Thank you, LowEnergySupermarket - I’ll be back!

Delivery on time product exact replacement and Quality couldn't ask for more.

30A mechanical timer switch - outdoor. Well designed product, working fine to control garden lights. Needed to be outside in the rain - has IP rating. Easy to see the timer settings, easy to change timings. A bit fiddly to wire up.
