While we strive to select quality accommodations that balance comfort, value, and cultural experience, we understand that in vibrant, busy cities like Bangkok, proximity to activities is crucial to our guests' experience. We are currently re-evaluating our hotel selection process with a stronger emphasis on location convenience, particularly in large metropolitan areas where traffic can be challenging. Your specific feedback about Century Park Hotel is invaluable and has already been shared with our product and operations teams.

We also take your comments regarding tour guides and meal inclusions very seriously. Our goal is to maintain consistency across all destinations, and we will reinforce our pre-tour briefing standards and meal arrangements with all local partners. In addition, we are in the process of enhancing our guide feedback system to ensure that every guide — not just the outstanding ones — is subject to full guest review, helping us maintain high standards across all regions.

Regarding the tours at the Railway Market and Tonle Sap Lake, we recognise that while these experiences are appreciated by many, they may not be suited to every traveller’s preferences.
