I recently contacted Luxaflex to enquire about sourcing a replacement tilt mechanism for an 18 year old blind.
Kerry’s email response was very prompt and she was able to send me the required part. Very happy with the customer service.

Tilt mechanism wasn't working on my 15yr old blind. I sent in photos and they found me a compatible tilt mechanism. With a bit of ingenuity I've got blind working. Top marks.

A plastic sill clip on our Luxaflex tensioned pleated blinds broke while cleaning. An email via the company's website resulted in an immediate response from Tracey, the Customer Relations Manager and spares were dispatched immediately. Outstanding and caring service. Thank you. KMP

I needed a new small part for my Duette blind. Rang the company and they sent me two by return of post at no cost.
They knew the part straight away from rhe photo and offered it.

Connectors on our plissè blinds had broken after many years service. Though ours were no longer available Kathy at Luxaflex was able to obtain suitable replacements for us. These work fine and will extend the already considerable life of our blinds.

Amazing. After over 10 years of use one of the small plastic clips gave way on my blind pull. I reached out to Luxaflex and within 48hrs I had a new one and a few spares. Amazing blinds that are reliable and chic but the customer service blew me away. Thank you Kerry Hale and thank you Luxaflex

Hopefully this will help anyone looking to replace a damaged blind from Luxaflex.

I made a request on 12th May through the Luxaflex website to ask for a consultation, a week later I had not heard back, so I requested again. It is now 31st May and I have not even had a courtesy response.

I'd advise not contacting Luxaflex if you require a decent and prompt service.

I misplaced my pebble remote, but had a spare so successfully had a go at pairing it to the 2 lounge blinds. However I had unknowingly not paired it to the hub, couldn’t work out how to fix, so rang luxaflex. Callum was excellent at diagnosing the issues and very patiently talked me through fixing it all. Thanks Callum, your service was excellent!!

Why do we pay the extra for Luxaflex products. Well their backup support is there when you need it. After 9 years service the clutch mechanism failed but the blind is still presentable and fits with the decor. Having enquired about possibly purchasing a new clutch I was sent a replacement FOC by return. I will be buying from them again.

Great customer service! Thanks Kerry for your speedy response to my query. I was looking for venetian blind bottom clips, looked online unsuccessfully, then remembered the blinds were made by Luxaflex. I sent a picture of the broken clip to Luxaflex, got an immediate response from Kerry, sent my address and she arranged for replacement clips straight away - and enough so I could afford to break some more!
I wish more companies had such a good and considerate customer service department. Thanks you once again.

The Customer Service support at Luxaflex is excellent. Every time I have made enquires they have been responsive, polite and most importantly supportive to resolve the issue, the most recent being replacement chords for an older version of blind. Hats off. I wish more companies would follow suit and be as responsive.

We had an issue with one of our Luxaflex LITERISE blinds that we purchased several years ago. We were struggling to get it repaired, so we contacted Luxaflex.
I believe it's when you have a problem, you only truly find out how good a company is.
We are so glad that we purchased several Luxaflex blinds because Luxaflex responded promptly, provided great support, and was always very helpful.
Our Blind is now fully working again.

I received some replacement parts within days of reporting the problem I had with one my blinds. Excellent service I truly appreciate.

I contacted the luxaflex team on two occasions when I needed replacement parts for my Silhouette blinds. In both instances they were fantastic in giving advice and offering to send replacements free of charge. And very quickly too! Why can’t everyone be like this?
