Can't turn off Auto-renewal setting
Quality of mobile internet was good, but now I'm trying to turn off auto payment. It doesn't work and internet is full of crying people trying to do it.

Jag betalade 179 kronor för ett paket som skulle ge mig internet på Cypern. Pengarna drogs direkt, men paketet fungerar inte alls. Jag kan inte använda internet och jag kan inte heller ringa någon.
Det värsta är kundservicen. När man skickar ett mejl får man besked om att svaret kan ta 5–7 dagar, trots att paketet bara gäller i 7 dagar. Det betyder att när de väl svarar kan paketet redan ha gått ut.
Jag har alltså betalat 179 kronor för en tjänst som jag inte kan använda och får ingen hjälp i tid. Helt oacceptabelt. Jag rekommenderar inte Lyca Mobile.

You must have live customer service 24 hours, you must design all information regarding Lycka to be easily accessible, easy to understand and as short as possible. Do it very cheaper or cheapest to surf using credit/saldo, not as stealing character as today, where great amount of our credit are unbelievably and unfairly consumed for a few minutes surf. You are so far away to meet these qualifications.
