Trying to contact them regarding purchasing a bathroom vanity. Service email came back undeliverable and sales email is never answered. I tried contacting them through website and no reply. Phone number listed in website goes to a different company. I would think they would be all over someone wanting to place an order. If service is this bad to place an order, I cant imagine it will be any better if an issue needs response.

While I was very happy the dreamliner products and service I received from the supplier Main Faucet had no voice or chat communication. Price is right Service not existant.

Less then one star would be appropriate. Zero customer service, or nonexistent, no response to e-mails, phone service is ridiculous, in fact the number provided states a different company on an automated system. Ordered a product on the 5th of Jan, on the ninth of Jan money removed for the item from my bank account and my order status still says sent to the warehouse! Repeated e-mails asking for confirmation of shipping, as in tracking, estimated arrival, have been ignored and unanswered. Do not trust this company! My next step is contacting my bank disputing charges for merchandise not acknowledged but charged for. Ordering from a reputable company instead

We looked for a long time before we found what we were looking for. This was the style and look we wanted. These are well made and beat the the low end big box units we saw. Cost was a considartion but you get what you pay for.

The sink I purchased is beautiful. The sink was packaged carefully to protect it during shipping. Main Faucet was a good place to shop as they delivered the sink quickly after purchase.

They had the shower doors I wanted in stock. Ordering was easy & shipping was fast & free.

We're doing renovations, ordered a sink which unfortunately wasn't workable. The service was fine, delivery fairly prompt however return policy is lousy. Restocking fee was over $100. Don't think I'll ever order from them again.

It's. Was back ordered, but I was notified when available and received the faucet on schedule and in good condition.

After having received damaged shower doors- twice from H.D., I ordered from MainFaucet. My order arrived quickly and well packaged in perfect shape. I am very happy and will order again.

We purchased the kitchen sink grids online on Saturday, and they arrived the following Tuesday. The grids were accurately described online. Arrived in perfect condition. Great supplier!!!

The hood is beautiful but has rocket science directions for its operation but then I'm 73. Installation instructions were too vague for us to figure out easily so it was slow going. Operation and installation are better for professionals. Also I really like the 4 lights but they are cool blue. It really does a fine job and runs quietly compared to others. Your customer service folks were pleasant and helpful. I certainly recommend this product and your company.

The whole experience from the beginning to the end, was smoothly, and I feel I could trust Main Faucet from the start!

On the whole our experience was positive -- the only glitch was that the information we were giving about shipping was wrong. Upon ordering the website said Fed Ex by a specific date. That turned out to be the date a local delivery company received the product at their warehouse, so it took a few days after that for them to contact me to schedule definitely delivery at my house.
