Vanity is gorgeous at half the price as similar vanities. Much better quality than I expected. Shipping was quick and I loved that the shipping is included in the price of the item. Arrived in impeccable shape.

Searched local hardware stores to find the perfect shower door only to find a higher price and 2-3 week lead times. Found the 27" Dreamline frameless shower door at mainfaucet.com for an excellent price and in stock. Received the door in excellent condition in less than a week. Great quality door and was a fairly easy install (about 1-1/2 hours). Door is very heavy with nice quality hinges and handle. The only thing is the door width w/hinges is really 26-1/2" so I have a little wider gap than I was hoping for but still works and looks amazing!!

Quick shippping

I ordered a shower insert. First delivery came with a dented piece. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent two replacements. Both arrived dented and broken. I contacted customer service again. They sent another piece, but finally packaged it well enough so it didn't get damaged. So, it's great to know that their customer service dept will fix an issue, but it was annoying to delay my bathroom redo by 3 weeks because of this,

The shower door received was nicer than expected and it was a very competitive price. However, the box containing the glass was very damaged during shipping so I'm not sure they picked the best shipping service. Fortunately, the shower door itself was not damaged.

Bought glass shower doors and delivered in a week without any issue.

I research a product and company to the limit before I buy. Product was a super price and their reviews were good. The ship was fast and as described. Now they have another good review !!!!

The quality of the product was very good and I have received several compliments. When I contacted MainFaucet with questions they were very helpful and courteous. The shipping vendor was a completely different story. When I contacted Main Faucet to let them know about my horrible experience, they did apologize but said that the shipping vendor was not chosen by them but by the vanity company who was shipping the product directly (Virtu). They did state that they would forward my feedback to Virtu to let them know.

The vanity we ordered was back ordered on the mirror part. The customer service immediately contacted us to upgrade to a bigger sized one. But unfortunately, it won't fit in our bathroom. The product actually came pretty quickly even though it is back ordered. We are enjoying the product now.

Slow service and not the schedule promised

Definitely got a great price. Their website had the best price we could find online or in a store. Received in a timely manner, but the box was in pretty bad shape. Wish it had been handled more gently when shipped. It was just left by my door, so there was nothing to sign off on like the email from the company had stated, nor was it delivered by the company they had noted in the email. We are not ready to install it yet, so we haven't taken it out of the box to officially see if anything is broken inside.

I bought a Dreamline shower door and enclosure. My purchasing experience with Main Faucet could not have been better. Unfortunately due to no fault of their own the first door arrived damaged. Clearly a Fed Ex forklift had driven into the box and damaged it. After calling Main Faucet a second unit was sent to me right away. It arrived in good shape. Installation was easy. All in all, I can highly recommend Main Faucet. Excellent customer service, excellent customer support. I will definitely use them again whenever I have another bathroom project.

I was impressed with Main Faucet's customer service. Although the vanity I wanted was on backorder (not their fault, it was the manufacturer's issue) they helped find me a similar one, swapped out the mirror that was going to delay it, and were helpful both by live chat and on the phone. I was nervous my stuff would not arrive or be late but all went smoothly.

Researching a new sink and wanting something with some weight and made in the US - MainFaucet was my best option considering all the poking around I did online to find a replacement basic kitchen sink. Ordering was easy, followup communication quick as was delivery. Currently in the installation mode, so will see in the months to come how it holds up, but initial study of the sink are all thumbs up. Would certainly recommend and use again for other products.
