Main Faucet Reviews

We needed a long reach tall faucet for our sinks in the Master Bath! Your web site was so easy to find exactly what we were looking for at a GREAT price!!

Free shipping and the best price I could find anywhere on the web or local big box stores. I ordered a frameless glass shower door system and they beat the closest competitor by $150.00 including shipping. The door and hardware arrived but have yet to be installed due to contractor delays. Oh and the contractor was 50% higher cost through a local supplier.

From purchase to delivery, I had a great experience with this company. Their website was easy to use and the product came quickly. I am very pleased.

I have used Main Faucet a few times in the past to buy fixtures for clients. This time I needed a hard to fit shower door and there it was! Exactly as described, arrived when promised and client was extremely pleased. I highly recommend Main Faucet for any pro or homeowner in need of bathroom remodeling components.

Placed an order for two sinks online, they were out of stock on the sinks and could not get them from the supplier. They substitued equivalent sinks, matched the price and shipped them out promptly. There was no problems. I would deal with them again in a flash.

Best Price and excellent service, Fast shipping

Great product

I got my order within 2 days of ordering. Thanks!

The reviews from others were spot on. I find it important to listen to what other people have to say. When I ordered this item it came exactly as I expected.

From questions about the product, delivery times and the product itself Main Faucet was extremely prompt with their replies. The item was delivered very quickly and in excellent condition. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

This small vanity is well made and a beautiful choice for a powder room. It's 'stand alone' design makes the room so much more look elegant and unique. Although it is a little pricey, our powder room is off a main hallway and frequently used so it was worth the cost. I definitely recommend this bathroom cabinet to give an updated look to any bathroom.

I had no problem finding exactly what I wanted. In this case a SS double sink. We it arrived I was surprised how nice it looked. I also purchased an oil rubbed bronze faucet that looks great. It took a little longer than I was expecting. 7 days instead of 5 but I wasn't in a hurry so no problem. All in all I would use mainFaucet again.

I've never had a better customer experience than with this company. I ordered several things and they worked hard with the vendors to correct the damaged items received. Easy to work with. Great customer service & pricing, too!

Order processed on time and delivery was just as timely. Sink has not been installed as we are waiting for cabinets. Good prices and service.

The vessel style sink we ordered is just perfect. We are having a custom vanity made to set it on top of. Description matched product.

About to install our dream shower and with the quality of our Price Pfister R89-7NK1 Contempra Shower head that we got at Main Faucets, it will be a prefect. The quality is outstanding and the shipping time was very fast.
We will be back for more:)

I bought a bathroom faucet with them because of their hassle free return policy, After the faucet arrived - my contractor told me the hot water line was broken and must be replaced. I quickly picked up a replacement at lowes so that my contractor is not stuck and requested for a return from the merchant. They refused my return request by saying the manufacturer is not authorizing my return (WHAT???). I told them it's their job to deal with the manufacturer and urge them to refund. I already agreed to pay 2-way- shipping to return the defective faucet despite there is no fault on my part. They failed to act/ respond. I ended up calling my credit card company to reverse this transaction. Will never come back again.

We received the doors in good shape, well packed. They are just what I wanted! They are well made, solid and I really like the extra thick glass. They slide well in the track. I was surprised at the quality because they were less expensive than the one I was debating on buying from a local big box store. These are a lot better made and look really high end. I would recommend these doors and also Main Faucet.
The only problem we had was the instructions were hard to understand and some of the diagrams didn't show what we needed to know. We are experienced DIYers and have installed shower doors before. I think someone who had never installed shower doors before would have a really difficult time with them.
Main Faucet was really helpful when we called with installation questions and was very knowledgeable in helping us.
I would highly recommend Main Faucet!

Great company to order from. No issues at all.

I had issues with my vanity being help because of the west coast port strike. Faz in customer service was awesome! Found me a vanity VERY similar that I could get quickly and reduced the price to help make up the difference!

The piece is awesome! Great price!
