We ordered a full vanity/mirror/faucet set. Everything came without any issues. The product was delivered by a specialty shipping company who took very good care in delivering the product. Once they put it in my garage, they cut the plastic off of the box surrounding the vanity for us. They were very polite and nice. They even called us to verify when to deliver the product. We were very happy with the service received. Also, the product was as expected for the most part.

I bought frameless show doors. The service was great, product came quickly and undamaged. I called Support to ask if they could recommend an installer for the doors.
It would be a fantastic service if the could also recommend service providers and installers for customers who buy their products.

I had an initial problem with shipping. Once MainFaucet figured out the problem they shipped my item to me overnight. Overall, a good experience.

Ordered Ruvato sink because of price and within the week it was delivered.It was packaged as good as I have ever seen.It looks great installed!

A lot of choices

Website and purchasing was great. I loved that it came right to my house. Also loved that the cabinet was solid oak. However, I was shocked that there was no back on the cabinet behind the drawer section. For almost $500, I thought it would have been better made. Even it there was just a thinner piece covering that area.

the sink fit our client needs well, arrived on time, installed without any complications, good instruction sheet, the unit was well packed, good value for the $$

The faucet looks great and is super. The pull down spray works great and goes back into the tubing very smoothly. Have received many compliments. Would buy the same product again.

Where to begin? Our order came on time, all pieces, in great shape, and looking better than any picture could be. Our sink is now installed, and when I called about a protective coating, the granite people knew the sink line and said it was a "good one," and did not need a coating. That's good news.
I enjoyed talking with all of the reps on the phone when I had questions, and they were very helpful.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and use them again someday.

I ordered a Cavaliere oven hood and couldn't be happier. Main Faucet was quick & easy to order from. I am still confused why I paid $900+ and the packing slip said $600+

We had a terrible experience with this company after we bought a toilet from them. The toilet came broken (a big piece of toilet back falling off right out of the box), contacted the company, they asked us to pay the shipping back PLUS 15% restocking fee which totaled to be about the same price as the price of the toilet!! What kind of company will ask customers to pay for broken item PLUS restocking fee when they can't resell the product and they are probably reimbursed from the shipping company for the price of the toilet? After disagreeing to pay such fees for receiving a broken toilet, they simply stopped responding and we're stuck with a paid broken toilet. If you don't want to end up in a situation like ours, don't order anything from them. This company seems to only care about their loss but not customer's. Take your own risk purchasing with them.
