I ordered a Cavaliere Euro AP238-PS65-36 Stainless Steel Range Hood from Main Faucet.com two months ago. However, I noticed that this range hood had two rusted corners when installed. There appears to be some repairs that was attempted to cover up the rust in the back two corners inside the hood. These two spots are quite an eye soar. We're very disappointed that we paid so much money ($750) and yet received a product that was not in satisfactory condition. I contacted Main Faucet about this. Yet they said there is nothing they can do because it has been installed and suggested us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said we could return it but we will have to contact Main Faucet (the seller) about it. So I emailed Main Faucet again yet received NO response at all after a month. I am very disappointed about Main Faucet's customer service and also the product they sold to me.

One more thing: I just tried to log into my Main Faucet account and couldn't. OMG! Terrible website. Would never buy anything from Main Faucet!

We were impressed with how superbly the cabinet was delivered. It was packed tightly arriving in a very short time. Now that it is in our new bathroom using it daily has been enjoyable. We made a great choice for our space.

I found this company thru a google search and read the glowing reviews. I purchased a bathroom vanity set, which consisted of a porcelain counter and sink, a large framed mirror and vanity base. I also picked out a beautiful faucet. I did not pay for shipping, which was huge, since the weight was 268 lbs total. The fact that it was being shipped from California to Florida made me a little bit nervous about breakage, but it arrived intact and on time. Can't say enough regarding their customer service, no long menus or hold times. I'm very satisfied!!

I ordered the XtremeAir USA range hood from the MainFaucet.com.
They took the order and within three days I had the hood delivered to my home.
It was quick, the hood was packaged very carefully, it worked great, and no one can bid the price from MainFaucet .com, that is the most important. The first time I ordered merchandise from this online store and it got, my best attention was to the accuracy of how well they have been doing business. That's why I will rate them five stars all the way!

Bought a shelf for bathroom. It did not fit. I called and asked them to return it. twice they said wait for them to send me a return label. They never did. Will never deal with them again...

I was sent the wrong size rack for my sink. I called and explained the situation and your customer service person remedied the problem, no questions asked. I received the correct sized racks and they are of excellent quality. Thank you, a pleased customer.

Our range hood was backordered, and the web site for Main Faucet didn't make that clear. That's the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.

Their communication alerting me to the delay was quick, polite and professional. I was given the option to cancel my order, but I did not.

The hood arrived as they said, and everything was fine.

One more thing: the price was great!

The Shower door was what we were looking for. There are not many places you can order a frosted window. Shipment was fast. The box looked a little beat up, but the product was not damaged.

I was contacted because item was behind schedule to make sure I still wanted to buy my item - most sellers just hope I will wait and hide the truth. I received prompt follow up. Shipping company service was good. Oh and price was very competitive!

This is a great product. I love the looks. The exhaust is nice and powerful, but not too loud, the lights are wonderful, and it is very easy to keep clean. The only improvement I would make is to have the fan speed controls all together next to the on/off button.

Nice and easy on ordering the walk in shower unit for my parents. Customer service was great and the price was the best one out there, by far! Would recommend Main Faucet to anyone in the need of bathroom items.

I wanted the lowest price for the shower I was looking for. After several brick and mortar (including the big box home construction stores) and several websites, I came upon Main Faucet. They had the shower, and at 3/4's the cost. The packing was excellent, the communication was excellent, even used a real phone, since I hadn't responded to the e-mail. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Satisfied with range hood ordered...shipped quickly and no damaged pieces. When I called to ask about order they were quick to answer the phone and polite. Range hood is a little noisier than I expected but that could be because professional hood and amount of air being pulled- but this is no reflection on main faucet.com. loving my purchase.
