I ordered a sink and handspray restaurant style faucet. The sink was heavy stainless and coated underneath to deaden the sound. The faucet is of higher quality than seen at the big box store and so I am impressed at the quality for the price.

The Vanity I ordered arrived promptly.However upon opening it I discovered 2 items damaged. The damage occurred at the factory as the shipping boxes were pristine. Replacement item were sent but only after 5-6 phone calls

Called customer service to place my order, Asked several questions in which they answered and walked me through step by step to ensure I was fully satisfied, provided great service. Explained the shipping process in detail. I would recommend Main Faucet.

The full body system was delivered in a timely manner. It is nice looking and works well.

Shipped and arrived on time, but delivery driver would only deliver to sidewalk. It took looks of convincing to have him deliver 10 feet more inside the house. The item weighs 300 pounds.

I bought a Dreamline Enigma X shower door set from Main Faucet. I did a ton of research and found that no one came close to MF's price. Their customer service was outstanding and all of my questions were answered before I ordered. Their communication about the shipment was excellent too. This is a beautiful door and the quality of the hardware was amazing. I couldn't be happier.

There was some damage to the bathroom vanity that we received, but it was ultimately handled reasonably and to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to buy through Main Faucet in the future. In fact, Main Faucet will probably be my first choice for future purchases.

I rarely leave feedback, the exception with this that I was impressed on several levels with the shopping experience, delivery, and the product quality. The best way to summarize is that there were no glitches, here is a highlight or two for your information. Price. I shopped for this item, it's available everywhere, except not in stores. My inclination was to buy from Home Depot, (online) for trusted service, etc. Home Depot could not match the price here even with my 5% off card. Was given a hefty discount here upon checkout, no hidden cost, and free shipping. Communication was immediate, was emailed with the delivery tracking.....received a call from the delivery company to arrange delivery time....delivered on time. The vanity was very securely packaged, lots of bubble wrap. Gave the driver a small gratuity for helping me carry everything in the house. The vanity is very sturdy, the surfaces are what looks to be very durable, and looks exactly as advertised, (nicer)! There was a little assembly, you have to put the legs on the cabinets, and install the faucet and plumbing. I would give this an earned Five Stars. *Note-I called mainfaucet.com when the vanity arrived to ask about the legs of the cabinet, (I didn't see them at first). A nice rep answered in a ring or two and politely addressed my concern....

I purchased the XtremeAir POX1 42" hood with the 10' ceiling extension from MainFaucet.com. in Jan 2014. While the on-line purchase/delivery experience was smooth, unfortunately the product sold was not what I expected. The installation guide/owner's manual is of poor quality because it is missing information, misleading, and sometimes just plain hard to understand (because of the poor English--everything is made in China, even the manual, despite XtremeAir wrapping themselves in the U.S. flag on their website). There were no instructions regarding the 10' ceiling extension, the instructions on the support brackets were contrary to the drawings which were confusing, and the lights are not very bright even though there are 4--they are only 2-watt bulbs! I eventually got it installed just fine, but the quality was not what I expected after shelling out almost $1K for that hood. One corner of the glass hood appears to be either chipped or deformed, the XtremeAir company logo placards (which are prominently stuck to the front and back on the control panel) are scratched, pitted, and look cheap, the sheet metal surrounding the fan was bent and had to be straightened to facilitate clean airflow.... etc. Overall, not the quality I expected for the money paid. I also didn't get anyone's attention at XtremeAir until I asked for return instructions because of warranty issues. Then they were ready to help... AAaarghh. Where is the quality made-in-America stuff of the last generation?

I like that they had lots of filters on the products (size, type of shower door, trim, etc.) so you could zero in on the products you wanted to see.

Due to a processing/shipping error on Kingston Brass' part, I received valves that I didn't order. I've made numerous attempts to get this issue resolved using the customer service number on the invoice and this issue is yet to be handled properly. I was charged for shipment of the valves to my home and was charged again to have the shipped back, even though I was sent the wrong item by Kingston Brass. I'm out $22 total for shipping and never did receive the valves even after 2 months of run around by their customer service department.
Be very cautious when dealing with this company. They do not value keeping customers.

The product I ordered was originally damaged before shipping, and it took over 2 months to get the product in. When it arrived, 1 of the shower stall panels was broken and unusable. While initially responsive, Customer Service told me the replacement part was "shipping today," when in fact it didn't ship for 10 days. When I called them on this, they had no explanation other than misinformation, and when I asked if they could expedite the shipment rather than ship ground, their classic response was, "There is nothing we can do about it."

There is ALWAYS something that a good customer service team can do. It's just that the folks at Main Faucet decided not to do anything to serve their customer.

The glass shower door was packaged extremely well and was easy to install.
