Very good service. Professional al through out my case. When I needed to speak to somebody, there was someone available. Constantly reassuring me. The barrister was very knowledgeable. Gave several angles as to defending for me. It definitely worth the money spent.

Instructed MAJ law a week before my court date for a drink driving case, i really didn't know what i was doing nor did i understand the justice system. First ever court case in my life. Rang MAJ law and they explained to me about the problem I had caught drink driving. Very proffesional and easy to understand made everything super clear. Put my mind to rest a little bit, great service great people very highly recommend.

I won't name names but I made a terrible decision instructing another 'specialist' driving firm because they had more reviews online. What a mistake that was. I didn't receive calls back, the advice was negligent and no ones seemed to know what was going on. Believe it or not, I ended up going to a court hearing alone and the judge recommended M.A.J Law!! I called them immediately after the hearing and appointed them straight away. My case was handled by John and Harry. They were straight talking, honest and didn't try to sugarcoat the case. They spent a huge amount of time reviewing the evidence with me (in relation to the breath test procedure) and explained the importance of outstanding / missing evidence. They told me that they would make a report to the judge to exclude the evidence because it hadn't been served in time. It was 50/50 but the judge agreed and my case was dismissed. Absolutely overwhelmed and still in shock. M.A.J Law are a finely tuned, finely oiled machine that clearly focus on result and client satisfaction. I know that not everyone reading this will win their case, but I know I couldn't have done this without the help and support of Harry and John. So thank you so much. Dont even bother ringing around. After speaking with Conor Johnstone you will understand fully the merits of pleading not guilty even for a DUI. His expertise in this field is a real eye opener. Once you hear Conors’ consultation of how the system works regarding charges against you, the police handling and the CPS you will be astonished! It is a real eye opener.
It is a bit of a pricey gamble but one that i was prepared to take after our conversation. Money well spent as it paid off!
I cant say it wasnt a stressful wait for the trial date i was set, but thanks to Jacob and his patience with my phone calls looking for re assurance , Osian with his clear and precise updates and no false promises either, i felt MAJ had my back!
My trial didnt make it to court. The CPS discontinued about a week beforehand.
What a result for all concerned AND MAJ are persuing defense costs on my behalf to top it all!!
