What a great experience
What a great experience, the staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable supportive, friendly, the progress from filling out the online form, to booking a consultation appointment was less than 24hrs.
I was having trouble filling out the online evaluation so it was done over the phone. The whole process was effortless.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I started the process on 18/06/26 and received my prescription on 26/06/26. The team are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, the whole experience was stress-free. They offer an extensive range of products, and their user-friendly online portal makes it quick and easy to find what you need. Over 3 years with mamedica and had lots…
⁸Over 3 years with mamedica and had lots of different problems but having had moldy flower they wouldn't let me send back now I've received my 3rd vape cartridge that doesn't work straight out the packet at £80 each then being told to email again and their supplier has 8 weeks to respond even after never getting a response for the other 2 tapes let alone a refund and their response to moldy flower was noone else complained about it apparently.
Absolutely disgusting operation after costing me between £300 and £400 a month for products that don't even work at all.
Looking at changing to a different clinic after this no other company can sell you a item that's broken and make you wait 2 months to need even get a response.
My name is Chris s. If you get my honest review deleted again I will be taking legal action because you are flagging negative reviews and getting a then fabricated score to look better than you are . Really dodgy saying you can't find account sounds premeditated for flagging another hoest negative review.

I haven’t had my consultation yet but so far these guys have been amazing, specifically Simran who has gone out of their way to help and even managed to get me booked in much sooner than expected. Kudos for making this process easier.

Avoid Mamedica they're a ripoff
Avoid this company they are a total ripoff with lots of hidden fees and "essential" but expensive follow up appointments. I have just been told there's a £75 fee to rearrange a "complimentary" appointment which they booked. Customer services are unhelpful.

I had a really positive experience with Mamedica today. I spoke with Stephen, and he was genuinely excellent throughout. He was straight to the point, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without overcomplicating anything.
The whole process felt smooth and efficient, and I left the conversation feeling fully reassured and well looked after. It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and genuinely helpful, but Stephen delivered exactly that.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and impressed with how easy everything was made for me.

After banging my head against a brick wall trying to get a name to provide to my Occ Health company, I posted a bad review.
Mamedica done their usual, a speedy reply, we will fix this, sorry bla bla bla
I phoned them back to get details as promised. They knew nothing of my problem and refused to give information once again. Asked to be contacted by a supervisor, nothing once more.
An email was sent but went to my spam folder, where every other mamedica email goes straight in my inbox?
A good company in fair weather, no issues with products. However, do not expect any help or aftercare, once they have your money, you are on your own.
Think twice if you may need help with Occ health or work reports, as the follow up care is almost zero.
Let's here what snake oil they have for me this time
Edit: You do not get off Scot free on this. I was told that I would get a call back around 2 weeks ago, never happened until I posted another poor review, then you mysteriously call. Had you had the decency or professionalism to provide a call back, then you could have informed me of your actions.
All mamedica emails go to my email address, no issues, however this 1 pivotal email does not, highly strange don't you think.
I would also like to complain about the lady that phoned/talked right over the top of me yesterday. She had a few whoppers. She stated they had tried to contact the Icc health company but was told the person dealing with the case was on holiday.
I checked with the Occ health company. This never happened. Firstly you did not have permission from me to contact them at this point. Secondly they, Occ health, said this isn't how it works. Someone else would take it on as it's time sensitive.
I can handle cross lines, poor service but I will not be lied to by your staff, at my own expense. She also stated they had chatted about the DVLA, strange how did they manage that when they are on holiday?
A poor showing and an even poorer response by the untruthful employee.
She was more interested in the military charge that would go along with Occ health's request.
I will have to look for a new company. You have broken all trust.
