I was kept informed by Steer throughout the repair, the delay in sourcing the replacement wheel was unfortunate but I was regularly informed of the expected date. The repair was excellent and parts replaced were genuine parts.

Super Efficient Markerstudy
Markerstudy have been ultra efficient in every aspect of the claim/incident. So much so that I did not have to deal with the stress of recovering from the accident along with dealing with all the admin work.

Not impressed with Markerstudy
A car ran into my driveway wall. Marker study were the insurance company for the driver. I had to contact them after a few weeks of nothing despite having all my details. They offered to pay for the work. But I had to do all the leg work I. I had to get 2 written quotes and send them to Markerstudy. Then they would approve one. I get the work done then have to pay for the work then send an invoice to Markerstudy in the hope they would pay me. In my opinion this is ridiculous!! I’ve found someone to sort it out and I’ll just pay them it’s only £250. Seems ridiculous to have to do all that for £250

Very poor service in organising you…
Very poor service in organising you gave us one Garage and then changed it accessing you was very awkward. Once we got the correct Garage, they did speak to us about an issue but they never finished the car to be clarified this again after a wait the repair has been done to a good standard. The workmanship looks good and we are happy with the finish but your overall service is poor.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, so many emails received, click this, click that. Down load this, down load that. Register this. Register that. Log on here. Log on there, I am not a computer I am a human being, staff dictating what I can or can not do. Cant reply to emails as it states you cant reply . Ring up is a joke press this for that press this for anything else. Then its starts all over again press this for that or press this for what ever.
Even thou the other party has admitted full responsibility but they will not budge.so I have to go through my own insurance.... why should I be treated in this way and why does it fill that i am at fault when I wasn't. There attitude is totally disgusting.
