Nutshell bad, markerstudy good!
Had a bit of a bump at the start of the claim when I registered it with my insurer, which turned out to be the broker. But once I spoke to markerstudy themselves, they were super helpful, gave me a dedicated claims handler, and got everything sorted and the car repaired in a quick and straightforward way.

The whole process went smoothly
The whole process went smoothly. The only anxious part was waiting to get the car booked in. There was a delay in getting my car back, apparently due to parts shortages but I had a lovely courtesy car so it didn't cause any problems. My car looks like new and the garage staff couldn't have been more helpful. So friendly and answered my questions.

Very poor service
Very poor service, accident occurred on 22/07/2026 still waiting for the assessment team to call me back. My car being a Toyota, but was booked to Honda dealer how disgusting is that. Rebooked car in a different body shop kept car for over a week, and still no repair. AND NO CAR why have I paid for insurance. It’s absolutely disgusting service. I had customer service call me 16/09/2026 and offered me £30 for the inconvenience caused. What a pathetic service. Im still waiting for customer service to call me, which still hasnt happened.
