I had a very positive experience with Cally and Richard. They were both incredibly helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process.

There were quite a few documents and deadlines to deal with, but Cally kept everything clear and well organised. Richard was always helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance or had a question.

I had a poor experience selling my home about 5 years ago, when after a separation I was trying to sell my home in Gravesend. My conveyancing solicitor appointed to me was from Martin Tolhurts. My estate agents in Ward & Partners based in Gravesend did a great job, sold the property, and the person who was responsible for helping to push the sale through was on top of things. The problems came to light via Wards Estate agents who told me the buyers questions via there solicitors were not being responded to despite me answering all the questions in detail. Wards were advising me my solicitor was not responding to these questions. My house sale fell through because of the solicitor I was provided with was extremely slow, sometimes months after information had been provided it was not provided to the buyers.by this Company. I had used Martin Tolhust before this experience and they were excellent, so I think its luck of the draw as to who is appointed. I eventually sold at an auction for about £10,000 less than the offer via estate agents. If I had known the level of hassle involved I would have gone directly to auction.

Just completed on my first property. I have Samantha Kings as my conveyancer and I cannot recommend her enough. She was thorough and flagged things that I wouldn’t have even considered. Her attention to detail was amazing. She communicated really well throughout the entire process and I cannot thank her enough. I am so happy I ended up going with Martin Tolhurst. I write this from my new home 😊
