Martin Tolhurst solicitors- Lesley Weller and Alicia Hollands- if you’re looking for a professional, efficient, easy to approach solicitors then these ladies are the best at what they do. Would highly recommend- they were amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to you both- would highly recommend and use again.

Throughout the sale of my property I had regular updates, issues were dealt with as they occurred and someone always answered the phone when I called and was able to deal with- and usually solve- my query. It was a pleasure to know there was a member of staff always available and not AI! Buying and selling property (if you don't do it regularily) can be daunting but the process passed without a hitch.

I was very happy with the service received from Molly from the Gillingham office and the team working with her for my sale and purchase. Molly was always quick and efficient and ready to answer any queries. At one point the sale and purchase nearly fell through (through no fault of the team) and Molly did everything she could to save the sale and purchase which finally led to a very quick completion. Jane and her team at the Longfield office were outstanding. Friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. We had a few issues with Title Deeds which Jane personally resolved and this meant our transaction was not delayed. The fees quoted were what was charged and we felt we received very good value for money for the service. Outstanding

Cally Davies and her team (Richard Coulter) managed to eventually successfully complete a Transfer of Equity (ToE) process.

They have kept me informed throughout the process, to which I have provided further feedback on how they can improve certain processes on their end to aid in expediting the process further (e.g. emphasise to me on posting back certain key documents, and greater proactiveness in respectfully chasing me for documents), to which I sincerely hope my feedback will be taken on board.

I contacted Martin Tolhurst Solicitors part way through a long and drawn-out divorce settlement and was guided by Hannah Stanford to an agreeable outcome. I had regular email contact with Hannah with the option of meeting in person or speaking to her on the phone. Emails were responded to promptly and a colleague would reply if Hannah was unavailable. The advice I was given was clear and helpful.

Friendly, professional and a first class service from the team. Efficient and regularly updating us of progress. Easy to contact and very helpful. The cost was reasonable and we would thoroughly recommend Tom and his team.

Impossible to have a face to face appointment, a phone call or a video call. Everything was done by email with no way to provide heavy documents such as videos. Rude, harassing, making mistakes all the time and putting me under pressure more than putting the solicitor of my husband under pressure. I don’t recommend this firm for domestic violence and divorce.
