Hilltree Court
My mum has lived in Hilltree Court for over a year now and quite frankly the peace of mind we have now is unquantifiable, knowing how well she is looked after. There is such a lovely atmosphere with both staff and residents alike. The manager Claire, with Madge & the rest of the staff really care & go the extra mile to ensure all the residents are taken care of & included. All the common areas are spotless & the quality of the food in the restaurant is fabulous. Highly recommend

Roman Court Middlewich is a a very friendly and warm development. The residents are super friendly and the development is run by a very organised Manager. Every time I visit I am so impressed by the quality of the surroundings and the events and activities that are available to residents.

Love living in our apartment best move we ever made,only one annoying thing is they are going with the times..eg EVCharging keep being refused installation of A ev charging point even if I pay for installation,yes on new build they are now doing please get with the times..very annoying..

The care that my wife and myself…
The care that my wife and myself receive at John Percyvale court Macclesfield is exceptional, especially from Sharon the Care Manager and all her team , they are always on hand to help us whenever we need , we have been here for nearly 3 years and have had to increase the care my wife receives and this has been very easy to do with the help of Sharon, I have nothing but praise for the team here
They are always asking how I am aswell and making sure I am ok as the main carer for my wife who has Alzheimer’s .
There is always plenty of different activities arranged for us to socialise with the other residents , which is good as otherwise it can be quite isolating

The Sycamores, Kinross Overview
When my father moved into The Sycamores Apartments, Kinross, we thought there was a risk that he, after having his own property for all his life he would find it hard moving into a flat with other residents so close to him but he was exactly the opposite. It gave him a fresh outlook on life in his "twilight" years. He enjoyed the social events immensely that were put on regularly within The Sycamores, but it was also quiet enough that he could enjoy the peace and quiet within a very well managed and maintained apartment block. Each of the apartments are well set out to allow for easy and comfortable living. The gardens are also very well maintained by both residents and external contractors. He also enjoyed using the rooftop sun lounge to catch those elusive Scottish sun rays! The ability to be able to book the guest suite, at a nominal charge, to give our family somewhere to stay whilst visiting was also very handy.

Excellent Guest suite
We recently visited a friend of ours in the Lichfield McCarthy and Stone and stayed in the guest suite. The room was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. it represented great value. We were made very welcome by the staff and the breakfast was excellent, good quality and freshly cooked. The facility is in a perfect location close to Lichfield centre.

We are current owners at Holly Place in…
We are current owners at Holly Place in Cobham who, unfortunately, have only a basic knowledge of using computers. It was realised at the last minute that our Car Insurance and House Contents needed renewal urgently. Our Manager, Jon, came to our rescue and with extreme patience went through the whole process with us resulting in satisfying results and peace of mind for us both. We cannot speak too highly of the help he gave us and must add that this was in his own time as he stayed long after he was due to finish his working hours. He is always extremely helpful but on this occasion his assistance was exceptional.

Moved to Cherrett Court ,Ferndown so pleased I did. Location good, accomodation great and caring staff. Maintenance pricy but you get a lot for your money including reasonable good lunches whenever you want.

Super welcome at Middlewich McCarthy Stone
Mum has been made to feel super welcome. Jo has made the transition in McCarthy Stone so easy. Welcome coffee morning on top of a full induction really made the family confident Mum was going to be safe. Mum really enjoys the freedom, whilst having the confidence she is safe.
Jo with the residents committee ensure there is always something going on, lots of activities. You will never feel lonely, too much going on.
I'm planning on living here when I retire, perfect spot to relax during retirement.
