I ordered the pet bed get one free back in May 2023. It's now October 2023 & nothing! I have received NOTHING ‼️ THEY TOOK MY MONEY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS ‼️ DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FALSE COMPANY.

The only reason I gave one star is because I had to. I ordered the 2 for 1 dog beds back in July. Still don't have them. No contact from the company either letting me know what's going on. I also saw on Facebook recently that they were offering that deal again. How can they do that without fulfilling the orders they already have. I feel I've been scammed. I have requested a refund but I'm not holding my breath.

Beware of this company! We have been waiting over a month for pet beds we paid for and ordered ... but cannot get any response from the company. Beware!

They stopped communicating (stating the bed would ship) my order was from 08/07/2023
the bed was $49.99. A person replied for a while on 'back order' and then stopped. Her name was 'Janine'. It's now 10/1. I'm ashamed I fell for yet another scammer.

SCAM!!!!!!! I ORDERED 2 BEDS IN AUGUST STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THEM. SENT A TOTAL OF 40 EMAILS ABD GET THE SAME EMAILS BACK - GIVE OR TAKE A FEW CHANGED WORDS. THEY PREY ON INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO LOVE THEIR DOGS AND ONLY WANT THE BEST FOR THEM, THEN TAKE THEIR MONEY AND DON'T SEND THEM WHAT THEY ORDERED. I'VE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN LAS VEGAS - DON'T KNOW IF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WILL DO ANYTHING BUT THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!

I ordered a bed in June 2023. As of August had not received. Finally asked for refund & as of Sept 25, 2023 have not received. Sent se earlier emails throughout this time frame. Always getting a reply as they are working on it. Horrible customer service.

I ordered the dog bed. I was informed I would receive 2.
I thought great!
I never received any beds! Yet I am being charged$39.00 a month on my credit card.
The phone number is a non working number. I think they are fraudulent and contacted my credit card company to block any charges from this company. They owe me for all the charges. I get contact by chat and was given a tracking number that lead no where.

Ordered two dog beds six weeks ago and have not received them. Tried calling company with the phone number they provide on their webpage Medipups.com under contact us (888-507-3139) and a message states the phone has been disconnected. FRAUD!!!!

I love medipups!!!!
After trying out so many different companies, medipups finally worked on my 2 dogs. Both are old and have bad joints

First order was received immediately, 2nd autoship order was slightly delayed. I was unable to track it so the medipups customer service department tracked it back to USPS that was unable to follow through with delivery. They immediately sent my order out again and I had it in 2 days. Very happy that they rectified the problem immediately and got my 2nd order in.

Scam company! Never get money back and never get products ship. Total disgrace company!

I ordered the dog bed for my fur baby, one for $39.99 and another for 9.99. My account was immediately charged the $39.99 on 7/25 and the additional $9.99 on 8/8. I never received the products I ordered and was subsequently charged another $39.99 yesterday, 9/11. So, charged three times and got nothing. I will never order from you again, and I want my money back.

Fraudulent company- charged me and never delivered product. They then tried to charge my credit card under an alias, thankfully the Chase fraud department caught on . Stay away

Do not purchase anything from Medipups. I purchased a bed in July and have still not received it, then they have hit my bank account with to more charges and still no product!! When I try to call customer service it says the number is no longer in service!!! Scamming thieves!!!!

I’m beginning to think this company is a scam. I checked all the reviews and endorsements prior to ordering. However it has been 3 months since my order. There is no email address to contact them and the phone number is not in service. I believe that I have been double-billed and cannot contact anyone. Do not order from MediPups.

Scam! I ordered a 2 for 1 bed offer in June. It is now September and they still haven’t resolved my issue. No beds no refund…. Total scam!

I WOULD GIVE CERO STAR IF POSSIBLE. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PURCHASE FOR 3 MONTHS AND EMAILED EVER SINCE TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND NOTHING!!!!!! THEY SEND ME AN AUTOMATED EMAIL RESPONSE, NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE AND THEY KEEP ADVERTISING IN INSTAGRAM AND SCAMMING MORE PEOPLE! SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THEM!
