I did go to the BBB on them over the scam for the dog beds !!!

I ordered two beds in June and it is now the end of July and have not recieved them. It is impossible to contact anyone at that site. I have recieved auto generated emails back, and that is all. There is no human to talk to about a problem. .
Do not waste your money dealing with this group. They are a total SCAM. The are still advertising and scamming people. Stay away from this group. I would give this group a 0. I am gong to report them to BBB and I wish others would too. However, I doubt that will bother them as they seem well insulated under layers of invisibility. I asked for my money back, but I guess you know how that went. There is no one there - ever other than to use your credit card.

As with most customers here , the supplements is what they are selling and do deliver on , the beds are a con , has ANYONE received a bed??.
How can I trust the quality of their products if this is their work plan .
Got scammed , my own fault in believing in the "by dog owners for dog owners" line.

Has ANYONE received their order for a bed/s? I'm not sure if I should continue to wait or contact my credit card company. Please let me know!

This company just takes your funds, does not respond to emails, doesn't pick up the phone which hangs up on you. Why? How do I now get my funds back? All I really wanted was the beds for my dog and his anxiety which is the only reason I tried ordering from these frauds. Now what.. nothing no response. How can this company continue I ask myself? Because they need to STOP with all the false advertisements. This is a FRAUDULENT company. Again, I tell you I have NEVER received the beds, emails just sit there, and the phone number they post is not a real business telephone number, what a joke and they are thieves!!

I’ve had the same BAD experience with Medipups. I have reported to my credit card today. Scammers!!!

I’m in the same situation as most others on here who ordered 2/1 beds.I received same canned email as others. Asked for refund ….nothing yet. Also ordered calming chews which I got (I assumed they were a one time purchase) . NO! I got another charge for another month( no chews yet for that charge).I asked for a cancellation…..yet no response. I never intended to use chews as a daily supplement….just as needed….so I don’t need them every month. I will contact credit card company (again) to block any charges from them. Maybe reverse charge for beds but that was back in May. I can only hope.reference # 6108 and 7690 not sure if this is number you need. I gave you CVR # on the request when you asked for more information.

I am still waiting over a month for my refund poor communications. No response from meddy pups. I do not like that I can only contact medipups via text I prefer to speak to a person

Im still waiting on my order. Still no news, other than your “. Company” is overwhelmed with orders, but yet you continue to advertise on the internet.
When you supposedly can’t fill what you have!
Sure sounds like a scam to me…. So I’m going to spread the word as quickly and as far as I can. I’ll start with your favorite place, the internet to let others know of your false advertising and scam of stealing as much money as possible. I’ve spoken to others who ordered mo this before me who have never received the merchandise or a refund.
And when I’m finished with the internet, I’m heading over to Tge Consumer Protection Afency, And Attorney General for Fraudulent business practices.
In this day and age some of us work too hard for our money to have it stolen from us and do nothing.

Return my money! You have my information from when you scammed me.

Never received beds. I ordered 2 beds and never receive. No one will return calls or emails.

I ordered the bogo beds, 3XL for my 2 Weimaraners. I have not received them. The number for support directs people to email.
No one replies to emails either.
The site said 1-2 week delay. I will give them til Monday, 10 July. Then I will cancel the payment.

I would give no stars if it would let me. I ordered and paid for 2 dog beds on May 25th 2023 and it is now July 7th and still no beds. They don't respond to emails and the phone number doesn't work. This company should be put out of business.

I thought this was a reputable company from whom to order, but it is NOT. I ordered 2 dog beds 3 1/2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them except the original order confirmation. I will be calling my credit company and putting a stop payment as it appears to be a scam.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. Their response is canned, and you can’t reach anyone live. I too ordered a bed in May, and here it is July 1 with no beds. No estimated time of a bed, and no response to my last email. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will be calling my credit card company for a refund. Shame on them.

I should have done more research on this company before ordering. I didn't order that long ago but can't get a response out of them regarding shipping. Also noticed on other reviews that they keep sending and charging for other things. I will be contacting my credit union to have all charges from this company blocked. I have very little faith that I will receive my dog beds. May see if I can file a claim to get my money back through Visa

Ordered the dog beds over a month ago. I contacted the company twice and have had no response. Why would I buy calming chews or other supplements ( was going to order) when they cannot even handle a simple request for information. All they would need to say is they are back ordered and we expect a shipment within another month or whatever.

I ordered the calming dog beds and it's been a month and they haven't shipped. I've told them I wanted a refund but they keep sending the same stupid email about how their sorry about the delay, but they won't answer me about cancelling and a refund. On top of that, their still sending me emails and advertising for the dog calming beds, telling people that if they ordered now that it would be shipped in 2 days. This company is a scam

Do not order Medipups two for one beds ! I have waited weeks and weeks no beds. They no longer even respond to my emails.

Like everyone who hasn't gotten their Medipups beds and got an auto-reply that they are SO busy but will ship shortly, I got that same lame reply. I ordered on May 22. It seems like the only good reviews come from "supplement" shipments. I have these beds from other companies with no complaints. Medipups seem like a scam, I'm sorry to say. NEW addition here Aug. 25; STILL NO PRODUCT, and can't get hold of them at all. No phone answer, mail box full and it won't TRACK with the order number. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM WITH NO EXCUSES.

I only ordered one time, yet they continue to send product. Can't call only email and never a response. My next call is to the attorney general.
