Medivet Shrewsbury always provide an excellent service. The Reception Staff are efficient and all the vets are very caring whenever I bring my cat in for an appointment.

Amazing Vets. First timer here with a rescued kitten and MediVets helped me with her health, basic info, healthcare advice, advice on how to care for her and no judgment when i came in and my kitten has done an accident in her carrier, even cleaned it for me. Amazing customer service, kind staff, i’d recommend

The staff were welcoming, our dog doesnt like other dogs outside our home. The vet came and told us the surgery was empty, the vet was very informative and empathetic with our dog she was chilled with him.Had her booster jab no issues Wont hesitate to take other dog here and she hates the vets . I would recommend the staff & service here

An urgent and immediate appointment was provided to treat my dog.
Everyone was as usual, kind and the vet who treated my dog went beyond what was required.
She provided me with updates and support throughout.
I would recommend this Vets.

Stefano did yearly injections and health check on our dog.
He is excellent and we are very happy with his kind and courteous manner and he is a credit to the company

Terrible vets, this places was amazing when it was ashby vets but since medivet have taken over its gone down hill massively. They have 2 sites in scunthorpe, 1 in brigg and 1 in Winterton but if you have a emergency in the noght you have to travel 40 miles to swanland in hull and a overnight stay costs more then a night in the hilton. Medivet has no comparison for the animals or the owners they are just money motivated and any vet working for them has no place calling themselves a animal lover

Friendly, efficient and informative. Felt there was genuine care for our cocker spaniel.

I recently took my 17 year old cat to Medivet Hendon after a terrible injury on her face from a rat. I honestly thought there was no hope as the injury was so deep. Medivet were absolutely amazing!!! They gave her a course of anti biotics and some pain killers in liquid form. A few days later my cat is back to running around and laying in the sunshine. From the initial phone call, the reception staff and the Vets were all fantastic. A great experience!
