Very helpful and very happy staff had a speedy visit

We had a bit of a wait to see the vet, but that’s to be expected with an emergency appointment. The vet we saw was very professional and efficient, asked lots of relevant questions, did tests and was extremely kind to my cat. I am confident that the meds he prescribed will make her well again. He also made helpful suggestions for changes we could make to her surroundings etc. I would feel very comfortable in going back to this surgery again if it becomes necessary. All the staff were nice and very helpful.

Medivet blinded our dog in a routine tooth surgery. Aftercare was horrific. Sent her home when she was at deaths door. Absolute shambles of an outfit. Only cares about money money money. Staff are very junior inexperienced ‘vets’

The staff at beaminster were wonderful. They were kind and thoughtful and listened to my concerns. I appreciated them so much that I am now making them a permanent vet practice for my dog! Highly recommend!

Our dog managed to eat a large piece of dark chocolate cake. We rang Medivet in Camberwell and were there within 15 minutes. Within 30 mins she had received an injection to empty her stomach. 20 minutes later we were on our way home with a very sleepy but well dog.
Every person was professional, kind, and fast!

Really impressed with Medivet. From booking Nacho’s appointment to bringing him in for his vaccinations, everyone was so friendly, helpful and caring. They took such lovely care of him and explained everything clearly. I also really appreciated all the information sent over afterwards about the Petplan. A great experience from start to finish – thank you! 🐾

I’ve brought my dog and three cats here for years. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, and the veterinarian is caring, compassionate, and reassuring. I always feel my pets are in excellent hands. Just like I did on 03/09/26

Staff are shocking and rude at reception. There is only 1 decent vet there called Gabi, the others are rough and arrogant!
Hated the place and changed!

Great service everytime ,very calm place to take my dog ,reception ladies are lovely too .would recommend anyone using medivet .

Medivet Wokingham patronisingly dismissed our concerns regarding the poor weight gain, breathlessness and difficulty eating of kitten at an appointment we made. We returned out of hours less than 24hrs later when he had deteriorated, and were called liars by the night vet because she refused to believe he was so small for his age. After a particularly rude and unpleasant consultation, she told us a lung was full of fluid. An xray demonstrated pectus excavatum with otherwise normal lungs, and despite us asking, the night vet did not complete the referral to a referral centre, and told us to put the kitten down that night. Called back the next day and Chris was excellent. He actually examined the kitten and felt the diagnosis on examination which had been missed previously, apologised for the previous consultations and completed the referral. Would not recommend.

At lunch time on a Friday, I noticed my Springer Spaniels eyes were red and swollen. Contacted Medivet Heswall and explained symptoms. Amethyst the receptionist listened and checked availability. We were fitted in at end of surgery Seen promptly my vet, Sharon. Friendly, efficient and professional as always. Maisie was diagnosed with n ulcer in one eye and inflammation in the other. Prescribed with eye ointment and pain killers. Recheck Monday. Had Maisie not been seen promptly her eyes would have become worse. Excellent service as always which is much appreciated.

Our dog loves going to the vets

As usual Michael dealt with my dog beautifully- he’s the reason I continue to use this practice. He dealt with my previous dog for her whole 13 years of life and I very much hope he’ll be able to support me with my current dog. I have absolute confidence in his advice Michael is a wonderful vet

We have one dog with a long term condition who sees Vet Theresa to assess how she is. Although the start of the appointment was slightly delayed as Theresa had a full list, she thoroughly examined our dog, reviewed changes in the last 3 months and recommended additional medication, fully justified in our minds. She didn’t rush her examination and talked us thoroughly through the implications of where our dog is.

The medivet team at Hockley are so professional, kind and generally love the dogs who come in to see them. Nik is a fantastic vet and is always informative and helpful. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and out my dog at ease.

Medivet Shrewsbury always provide an excellent service. The Reception Staff are efficient and all the vets are very caring whenever I bring my cat in for an appointment.

Amazing Vets. First timer here with a rescued kitten and MediVets helped me with her health, basic info, healthcare advice, advice on how to care for her and no judgment when i came in and my kitten has done an accident in her carrier, even cleaned it for me.
