Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Car went in, had courtesy car, received video run through of car condition, received call to say work completed, all work carried out and car cleaned (inside and out). So, everything good. Would recommend them to others.

We bought a car for 18000 pounds that had tracking issues and when reported we had to pay to get the tracking re-aligned as they wont cover that under the warrenty. Really dissapointed that they sold us a car with tracking issues and then charged us to get it fixed.

I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Cla from Mercedes Benz Exeter ….the whole experience of the purchase was great , the Sale Executive Phil Cole was brilliant , very welcoming , polite , helpful and knowledgeable….however I had a problem arise with the car….but I have to emphasise the way Mercedes Benz Exeter dealt with the issue was second to non .

The Sales Manager Matt Rickard was fantastic so very helpful , polite and resolved my issue in an instant . The communication from both Matt and Phil from start to finish was nothing other than superb , what a professional pair of gentlemen they are.

Both Matt and Phil make sure the customer always comes first something …..that in a lot of other places is not the case .

I believe Mercedes Benz Exeter is the only dealership I would ever purchase a Mercedes Benz from ..purely due to the way both Matt and Phil treated me when a problem arose. Will I purchase another Mercedes from them …most definitely yes.

The actual dealership its self is very welcoming plus looks fantastic too and any interaction with any of the team was great.

Finally just to say the customer service was exceptional and I suspect both Matt Rickard and Phil Cole must be valued members of the Mercedes Exeter team please pass on my thanks to them …very best regards Simon

Yesterday I was blown by this garage and Courtney I called as I was on my way back from Cornwall and my Aircon wasn’t working they looked up my number plate and informed me my MOT had run out and said they’d do it there and then. Gave myself and my friend into town and back re gassed the Aircon but it needed a compressor so didn’t charge me cleaned my car all for just the price of a mot. I was so impressed. I felt I was totally looked after! Highly recommend!!

I visited Mercedes for a major service on my A200. The ladies on reception are always very welcoming, polite and promote a friendly atmosphere.
All the work was completed on time and the staff were very professional. Always a pleasure coming into the showroom which was bright and clean.

All the staff were helpful and polite and we did not feel under pressure at any time. Jake Mottershead was very professional and knowledgeable and we are very happy with our purchase.

The quality of service is top class and fitting for a car brand at this end of the market. My problem was a routine replacement of a battery at the end of its life but they still managed to surprise me with the level of helpfulness and service - above and beyond my expectations and far above that previously experienced in other dealerships. As they did indeed whenever I have used the Tresillian site. Particular thanks to Terry Howsego but universal thanks to the various others whose names I cannot recall.
Mercedes may appear a more expensive brand but the quality of goods and services make it value for money.

Purchased a Mercedes GLA e from the Plymouth branch. We were only going to have a look and ended up buying there and then.
The sales person who dealt with us was called Ashley and he was outstanding. Had it not been for the excellent way in which he dealt with us we wouldn’t have made the deal on that day. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even though we requested an early delivery he made it happen. He ensured he went through everything in the vehicle without rushing before we left, even though it was closing time. We needed a slight repair on one of the rims, which he had noticed and ensured this was done without any hassle to us ensuring that he collected the vehicle from my place of work and returned once done. He is an asset to Mercedes Plymouth and we are hoping that such good service will continue through their service team when that times comes.

I collected my car this Saturday the handover was by Tim who was a very nice man but car wasn’t as I expected it
I had been told all scratches and stone chips would all be gone
Only a few had been removed when I commented I was told it is a used car your buying
Two missing dust caps although I asked twice for them I never got them
Both keys needed new batteries which I bought when I got home

The knowledge of the vehicle by your salesman Jake Mottershead and the ability to answer all my questions gave me confidence in both him and the car.

My GLB went in for a back panel boot repair. I experienced brilliant customer service from Shammi (in Stevenage), she was on the ball, there was great communication throughout and she done her upmost during my experience with her. Cannot fault and hope to be supported by Shammi again.

Wish I had read reviews for Taunton MB before I took my car in.

5 weeks and still no diagnoses. Was told 199 to diagnose, after weeks and weeks no communication, was told they were waiting for a compression test, this is a basic in most garages. After many phone calls chasing I was called for authorisation of a further leak test which would take 3 hours, at 289 per hour!!! Car was collected and taken to another garage, ok collection they tried to charge me 500 for tests completed, I have no paperwork and no diagnoses, who charges 289 per hour for testing?? No communication and made up prices. very poor
