Merchant 1 Payments has truly been a great company to work with .They are honest with their rates and fees and the service is great.

Since we bought over the flower shop in 2001 we have worked with at least 2 other merchant companies, we were never 100% satisfied...
A) The deposits didn't always match our deposit slips.
B) Friday, Saturday and Sunday deposits a lot of times they would appear in our account Mondays and many times they appeared on Tuesdays...
C) Very difficult to reach anyone when we needed them, left messages without return phone calls... contrary to Merchant 1, they always call back within a couple of hours when needed...
D) The monthly charges were higher than Merchant 1
E) Finally, very easy to do the switch over....

We at Sanctuary Day Spa have been using Merchant 1 Payments for the last 12 years and we are very happy with the service.
