Merchant 1 Payments is an excellant company to work with. They are always there to answer any questions. We very rarely ever have issues with our terminal, but they're are right there to help us.

Our 8 year experience with Merchant 1 Payments has been wonderful! They are efficient, friendly and always a phone call away.

Our customer rep provides quick and very timely responses to questions and is always willing to review information with us.

I get phone calls on a weekly basis from other processors trying to get our business. Its very annoying and we get the sense they are unethical. I've dealt with many of these resellers over the past 10 years and this is the reason I stay with Merchant 1. Calvin Jacobs is very knowledgeable and provides prompt, personal and trustworthy service. Every time I email him with a question, he calls me back right away. I appreciate this.

We have been dealing with Merchant 1 for approximately 5 or 6 years now. We have never had a problem, and they have always been very helpful with any questions. Merchant 1 Payments is the best Company to deal with
Their accounting system/monthly statements are fantastic (easy to read and to follow) - There has never been an error in the last 20 plus years that we have dealt with them. The funds go into your bank account the next day - no discrepancies ever. Credit Card processing fees are the best.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, including the technical support, always looking out for you when you need information fast.
There is never a waiting time.

Excellent Customer Service! Merchant 1 Payments was quick, efficient and delivered exactly what they promised. The transition was seamless and they walked us through every step. I would highly recommend this company to all businesses.

We have had a few hiccups, but they seem to listen when we voice our concerns.
My biggest concern is the lag time in refunds to our customers credit cards. Everything else I am happy with, we get fast solutions to inquiries we have.
