Michael Poole Estate & Lettings Agents Reviews

I used Michael Poole for their find and tenant service for my apartment. I felt very supported by the rental team at Michael Poole who in essence did everything that was needed. They came and took photos and talked me through the process in person. They arranged a viewing day for 3 prospective tenants which they dealt with without me. They dealt with references and other legalities for the interested tenant including preparation of the Lease. they will be settling my tenant into the property tomorrow. It all went extremely well.

Huge thank you to Craig and Sophie. Not the best experience due to external problems which had nothing to do with Michael Poole Middlesbrough branch. They kept trying to resolve the fencing and gate issue and everything turned out well at the finish. They are a credit to your company and went over and above to help. Nothing was too much trouble and although I called in branch on weekly basis I always felt welcome and would not hesitate to recommend Michael Poole. Thank you very much Craig and Sophie and also to John who showed us the property on a number of occasions.

I have used the services of Michael Poole on previous purchases and sales and as always on this occasion they have been professional, supportive, friendly and readily available to answer questions and advise. Thank you Leanne IB and Craig Mbro.

Such a lovely, helpful estate agents, especially Helen and Jack who were always happy to help and extremely efficient.I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely great level of service from Jack Johnson, I sent my documents across and each transaction ran perfectly and i had a reply on what would be needed next and was kept in contactwith throughout, I had missed a document out and I was politely reminded that it would be beneficial to send it across as fast as possible so we could get the process to go faster and more smoothly, thank you for your help Jack.

Awful company, They need to learn how to communicate with prospective purchase. They don't read what you send and then keep you dangling for days to get a call back. Don't give you answers to questions. Twice this has happened. Obviously becoming the High Sherriff of County Durham means more to the owner than running the business.

Matthew did a great job with the photos and virtual tour images. Molly and Debbie worked really hard behind the scenes and helped get us completed before the stamp duty changes. Great team effort to get it over the line!

This company has been absolutely fantastic in helping me to prepare for renting out a house for the first time, guiding me seamlessly through everything that needed to be done. I could not have wished for better support from my “key contact person”, Sarah.

Very professional service from start to completion. The team, particularly Helen, all extremely knowledgeable, polite and supportive throughout the emotional process of selling our parents property. No email/text/phone bombardment from the company. Thank you so much to all of you. 😊

We went with Michael Poole as have previously dealt with them in the past and have family recommendations. They have been so helpful. Roberta has been a calming voice on the end of the phone and when things seemed to be getting quite stressful as house moves can do, David was contactable and on hand to advise and guide on next steps. Although we sold our property with Michael Poole they helped us a lot with our onward purchase and we were able to get into our new home just before the stamp duty deadline!
Thank you to all

The service here is fantastic. Right from Chris the valuer to all the office team arranging the details and viewings and in particular Helen who is a marvel at keeping you up to date and chasing solicitors. I'm so glad I went with Michael Poole. You really see the difference when you are purchasing from another agent. Highly recommended. You get what you pay for. Thank you team.

Huge thanks to Victoria Wood at Michael Poole Nunthrope for helping us with our purchase! As first time buyers who are not familiar with buying or selling properties, Victoria has been very helpful and reliable throughout the entire process. Her support and professionalism are definitely second to none. Overall, great service and highly recommended.

We chose Michael Poole Billingham office because of its reputation, From start to finish Molly and the team have been amazing. We completed our sale on 25th March, Molly kept us fully up to date every step of the way, quick response to emails and phone calls, liased with our solicitor, the buyers solicitor and the estate agents of the property we were purchasing.
I can highly recommend 100% thank you to the team.

We are so glad we chose Michael Poole to help with the sale of my mother’s property.
David valued the property efficiently and effectively . The house achieved asking price within a week and Victoria was excellent at communicating with us every step of the way, she strikes the right balance of being professional but also friendly and approachable. We would certainly use Michael Poole for further property transactions.

What can I say, we have used Michael Poole for all our sales and wow what an amazing estate agent wish I could rate you more than 5 stars!
