Michael Poole Estate & Lettings Agents Reviews

Everyone in Guisborough was friendly and attentive - thank you

Dealt with Alisha & Sophie in Guisborough and they were very helpful.

Buying a house with Michael Poole has been brilliant Sophie has been great always willing to help whenever needed, very attentive to all my questions also very friendly manner would recommend totally 🙂 super star ⭐ to you Sophie

Our house just needed ‘the right buyer’ and from our first meeting of Luke from Michael Poole, Stockton I believe he understood that. I felt he took a personal interest in our sale and worked very hard to find and show that buyer to our house. Kathryn then took over and did proper due diligence on the offer for us to feel confident about the buyers and the sale progressing. Throughout the sale process Kathryn and her team kept it as stress free as possible. Selling this house was reasonably emotional and I felt Kathryn showed empathy and understanding. Kathryn and the team did everything possible to make this a good process and I think went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend Michael Poole Stockton.

Fantastic customer service from all the team at Michael Poole Redcar. From valuation right through to completion their friendly, professional team made selling my house as straight forward and stress free as possible.

We dealt with Sarah from the Stockton branch and she went above and beyond to help us with our house move. She made sure everything went smoothly and always kept us up to date with what was going on. The whole process was faultless due to Sarah. Thank you.

We recently both sold and purchased our property through Michael Poole Estate Agents in Redcar and Eston, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the very beginning through to exchange of contracts, Helen and the entire team – including Kirby and Isobel – were outstanding. Their communication was clear and consistent, and we always felt fully supported throughout what can be a stressful process.

Their negotiation skills were exceptional, and they handled both our sale and purchase with professionalism and confidence. It genuinely felt like we were in safe hands at every stage.

What truly stood out was their commitment right up to the final hours before exchange. They remained calm, proactive and incredibly supportive, ensuring everything progressed smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

If you are looking for an estate agent who delivers the complete package – expertise, dedication and genuine care – Michael Poole in Redcar and Eston go above and beyond.

We are now looking forward to moving into our dream bungalow, and we are so grateful for the role they played in making it happen.

High recommend good service and explaining everything 👍

Michael Poole were efficient and professional. They kept us informed at each step and we felt they had our interests at heart. Nothing was a problem even though we experienced delays but they were helpful and pleasant. We look forward to working with them again.

Excellent service from Tracey and her team. They went above and beyond taking care of the sale of my late brothers property.
They kept me updated with dates and times regarding viewings and subsequent buyers responses.
I would highly recommend Pooles as an agent for selling your property.

Excellent service from Aslan. Professional, reliable and easy to deal with.

The staff could not be more helpful throughout the whole process of buying our new home. They intermediated the situation brilliantly for us.

The staff at the Eston branch were brilliant throughout our sale and purchase, assisted with contact between solicitors and buyer and made the whole process so much more manageable. Would definitely recommend!

Friendly, approachable staff, prompt responses, understanding and caring attitudes. Debbie and Emeline. Helped us on our journey and dealt with hiccups well.

Dealt with Michael Poole Nunthorpe as buyers. They suggested that we use their in-house solicitors XYZ Law, we were told by Michael Poole that it would make the process faster and easier, it didn’t. We moved into our property and a few months later were sent a letter from a solicitors firm telling us to seek legal advice as our acting solicitors ( suggested by Michael Poole) had been served an intervention, meaning they had been shut down for dishonesty. Our post completion work was left incomplete despite us paying in full over £2,000 for our solicitors. We were told that to have the work complete by a different firm the cost would be £480. We made Michael Poole aware of this and how disappointed we were that we trusted their advice based on their wonderful reputation, and as a result have found ourselves under immense stress and facing financial burden. Had we not listened to their advice we wouldn’t be in this position and out of pocket. The response from Michael Poole was abysmal, they told us to avoid the cost we could carry out the work ourselves, despite having paid for this work to be done and the fact that we are not qualified solicitors- again we explained this to Michael Poole and didn’t even receive the decency of a response! We have been left with stress, financial burden and disappointment.

Leanne and Jack are so helpful and professional. Their communication is excellent and every step of the process is explained. I would definitely recommend them and would have no problem recommending them to a friend.

Amazing experience with Aslan at Michael Poole. Good communication skills and very knowledgable.

Jack was very helpful from start to finish. His communication was excellent with very quick responses. Brilliant 👏👏
