We both sold and purchased our new house via Michael Poole. They couldn't have helped us more. Particular shout out to Stacey who was brilliant and kept pushing things forward.

Oliver (A.) was clear, efficient, honest and always genuinely helpful in everything. He replied to emails promptly and made sure every point was fully answered. He was proactive and always available when needed. Thanks to his hard work—and without making any empty promises—he made sure we were able to move in within just two weeks, with no issues at all. I can't stress enough, a truly exceptional service by a diligent professional.

Honestly could not fault them, they was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with a not so straight forward sale.

They are fast with responses and deal with matters and at a point in my sale I was feel very disconnected with my sale and not very informed by other people, but these guys had no problem keeping me updated and made me feel part of my own house purchase again.

I would recommend them to everyone and have already done so a few times.

The communication from Marion and the team at the Stockton branch was second to none. Many queries & questions where asked and responses where swift and concise.

The communication we received from both Molly and Emeline was amazing and we felt thoroughly updated throughout the process. Moving house can be a stressful experience and this move certainly was that and I cannot thank both Molly and Emeline enough for always being at the other end of the phone when we needed them. I cannot recommend Michael Poole, Billingham enough.

I have just purchased a property through Michael Poole’s Stockton office and have been highly impressed with the service from the outset. Kathryn has been instrumental in progressing the sale to completion and could be relied upon to provide professional, timely updates.

The Stockton office team made selling mum’s house a positive experience from start to finish. Luke started by giving me a realistic selling price and some accurate insights into the process. I was kept updated throughout the sale and Emeline and Marion in particular provided timely information on viewer feedback and the eventual buyer’s progress through the process. It was nice to find that when somebody was away others in the office had access to file notes and I wasn’t left waiting for their return. Excellent service and I would use Michael Poole next time.

Very helpful service from Michael Poole, Ingleby Barwick. Leanne explained the buying process and helped to link us with solicitors, surveyors etc. She was also very supportive in guiding us.

From start to finish of putting our home on the market to the sale of the property the team at Guisborough office, Alisha and Jack plus Emma in the Admin team in Middlesbrough were extremely efficient and professional and very proactive in marketing our home. They took superb photos of the property and a 360 degree walkthrough video which was very helpful to prospective purchasers. We were kept in the loop re viewers, and they always gave feedback on viewings. Then when things went quiet in terms of viewings they actively looked at ways of better marketing our property. They also sent regular newsletters of the local housing market trends in the area which was very informative. We were thoroughly satisfied with the service received which in fact exceeded our expectations and would not hesitate in recommending them to any prospective house sellers

After dealing with a handful of estate agents I found Michael Poole, Guisborough brand, very responsive and helpful! Alisha was great and returned my calls without any issues but the other staff I spoke to were great too!

We’ve recently had to remove our property from the market with Michael Poole due to the consistently poor level of communication. It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone at the office — if we, as the sellers, can’t get through, it’s worrying to think how many potential buyers may also be struggling to make contact.

The communication has been absolutely shocking. The only feedback we received was via brief text messages that lacked any useful detail. Despite requesting to be copied into all correspondence (as my partner often works away and doesn’t always have access to phone or internet), this request was ignored.

Overall, we’re extremely disappointed with the way Michael Poole have handled the sale of our property. We will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to others.
