I rarely write reviews, but I genuinely wanted to acknowledge the excellent service Chloe Collins at McCarthy Insurance delivered for us over the last few days.

We had a fairly detailed and evolving home insurance situation involving rebuild values, outbuildings, contents levels, bicycles, valuables and underwriting questions. Throughout the process, Chloe was consistently patient, professional, responsive and calm — even as the questions became more detailed and time-sensitive approaching renewal.

What stood out most was not simply the quotations themselves, but the reassurance and clarity she brought to the process. Chloe took the time to repeatedly go back to underwriters, clarify details properly, explain the implications of different options honestly and ensure we understood exactly what we were signing.
