Denise in the Rathmore office assisted me with my car insurance quote. I returned from abroad after 3 years so it was tough to navigate getting a new quote as an experienced driver but my no claims bonus had lapsed. Denise was so helpful and went above and beyond to get me the best quote possible! Highly recommend the McCarthy Insurance Group (Denise in particular!!)

Couldn't have been easier. I was sent an email with all the information I needed, completed the form attached without needing to print it and received my insurance documents very shortly afterwards. At no point did I need to chase up for more information, wait for a reply or was anything unclear.

Couldn’t fault Marie and her team in the Macroom branch to go above and beyond when quoting and organising car insurance. I switched over to them in 2024 after previously dealing directly with an insurance company and the savings and increased level of customer service is second to none. I have already recommended McCarthys to family, friends and colleagues and have heard positive feedback from them.

I wanted help with a health insurance renewal and wanted to change a policy that better suited my husbands needs.
I spoke to Sean on Wednesday morning and gave the appropriate details and explained we were in the 14 day cooling off period and needed someone to come back ASAP. Sean said he would send details of appropriate policies, by email, by Wednesday evening.
Nothing was received and on Thursday, I called again and another colleague of Sean's, from a different office explained she would let him know i had called and to call me back that day. I explained the cooling off period was up on the Saturday. No phone call or email was received.
Again on the Friday, I called twice and explained the urgency, again I was promised call backs, no call was received.
I am now going through policies myself and hoping for the best. Ive had zero help from MIG even though i reached out
