So usually mighty ape deliver my orders quickly and efficiently and I'm almost always happy with the result.
This time however I spent over $200 on 2 items from Zeaway and have been extremely disappointed.
The cat tree I purchased is so unstable I've had to weigh it down with kettle bells and within 24hrs a piece of it had snapped whilst the cat was playing.
The customer service centre said they would send me a replacement part and 6 days later it arrived.
The cat wheel I purchased hasn't even shown up. Zeaway sent me the wrong item, a leg pillow.
Now whilst trying to get the correct item sent I have had to repeat that I want the correct item sent, and not a refund, about 5 times!
After saying they were sending the wheel, I was then told a few emails later that I need to wait for them to collect the wrong item, before they send the cat wheel. Like somehow I'm at fault and should wait.
I gave my weekend availability and nothing was arranged.
I'm furious at how difficult it is to get what I have paid for. Once this is settled I'll be making sure to avoid Zeaway as a seller. Its been over 2 weeks since the initial order and I still don't have the wheel. My cat is getting fat!!
I suggest you all avoid this seller, unless you want the same hassle!

From finding the items I wanted to paying for them was quick and easy. Delivery was quicker than expected. And all round excellent service from beginning to end. That why I love Mighty Ape.

An easy website to use, I found what I was looking for. Great descriptions of products available. Purchasing and shipping was easy and straightforward. Product was shipped that day and delivered within NZ in 2 days. Fantastic service

I currently have store credit that I was hoping to use on a product listed on your website. I contacted your team to request a price match, however I was advised that this was not possible because the item is sold via Folders Online and that I would need to contact them directly.

Unfortunately, this means I am unable to use my Mighty Ape credit for this purchase, which is disappointing. After looking further, I have also noticed that many of your prices appear to be significantly higher than those of other retailers.

As a customer, this is frustrating, particularly when store credit cannot be used competitively due to price-matching restrictions. I would appreciate some clarification around this policy and whether there is any way this can be reconsidered so I can make use of my existing credit.

Every time I shop with Mighty Ape it is a superb Experience from start to finish. I totally recommend them to everyone!

I had bought a product to be delivered in 3 days and pre ordered a product to arrive in mid January. After noticing my product did not arrive and I had not email notification about deliver, I contacted customer service. It turns out mightyape has no record of my order despite taking my money and having an order confirmation email and order number. Not sure how this can even happen if the system has issued me a unique order number.
Customer service would not re-place my order on my behalf and required me to create a new account to place a new order which also seems completely ridiculous to me since they were going to process me a refund anyway. It has taken them over a month and multiple follow-up emails to even start issuing the refund to which now, I cant even buy the original product I wanted since it is no longer available.

Ridiculous. Waste of time and I will never be shopping here again

Ordered a linen blanket Thursday morning and arrived Friday morning super early! Very impressed by fast shipping and this is the 2nd linen duvet I’ve ordered from here and it’s exactly as described and i loooove the look of it on my bed, definitely worth the price. I only decided to buy this second ine due to my first one being so good and happy I ordered another one again because it’s just as good.

Good until I brought something not knowing it came in different sizes and when I tried to contact immediately after purchase, no one replied and still haven’t and I’ve recived the package now that is no good to me

Ordered a book on 12 Dec 2025 which clearly said in Stock. Now I have been told there is a three week period till they receive it from the supplier and then ship it to me? Why were you not transparent about this on the website?

If I was aware of this I would have never ordered from you guys in the first place. I ordered it because it said in stock and delivered 9-13 Jan. This was a gift purchase and now you tell me if you would like a refund we can do that. No I don’t want a refund I want the product I ordered that you said was available delivery 9-13 Jan.

Delivery prices are horrendous. I used to shop there regularly.. not anymore!👎🏽

Please make it more obvious if an item is not currently in stock and will be shipped later. I placed an order at Christmas and when one item didn’t arrive I checked my order confirmation and saw the delivery said January. If the item is not currently in stock mark it as a preorder! This should be spelled out to customers! I went back and checked the listing as I never saw a delayed date anywhere, eventually found it but had to scroll much further down the screen, I had just seen the item, wanted it for a Christmas gift and added to cart without scrolling that far so not knowing the item wasn’t actually in stock yet.

The same thing has just happened to a friend of mine where they have been wondering where an order is (a birthday gift), checked their order and seen the delayed delivery date.

Most companies will have ‘preorder’ mentioned in the actual page title so it’s very clear

Prompt delivery, product was just what I needed/wanted, good price.

My son ( just turned 14 yrs ) purchased a mouse worth $119 with his birthday money .
He found that it wasn’t compatible with his gear so we contacted mighty ape nz and sent it back exactly how it arrived in pristine condition
Well because he opened it ( which you can’t tell it was boxed and bubble wrapped exactly .
They won’t refund as they have to resell I’m so disappointed by the refund team’s response THIS WAS A BIRTHDAY GIFT FOR A KID .
