Modern UPVC Windows Reviews

First time made an order from this company and it was great experience. Website is very user friendly with lots of choices. Delivery arrived as scheduled with no problems. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. So far so good
Highly recommend to anyone

Great company, easy website to use and build your own windows and doors. Delivery times are quick and reliable!

The web site was easy to follow in helping me get the product that I needed. Even when I had a few more questions, a quick phone call to the office put me straight. The delivery went smoothly with the doors well packed and undamaged. The driver took great care in off loading and between us we moved the doors to the garage with ease. A couple of "glass packing pieces" were missing but a call to Jake and he sorted it out promptly. Quality of doors is "Top Drawer" and together with the price I have no problem with recommending Modern UPVC Windows.

Easy to use website, clear configurations. Any questions regardless of how simple were answered politely, professionally and quickly. Delivery was reasonably quick and the communication on the windows delivery was excellent. Window quality was first class, all parts present and undamaged. Will definitely use them again.

Easy straight forward transaction from start to finish 👌 Great product and excellent price 👍🏻

This is the 2nd time I have ordered fromnthis company, this time i had installation too. Very good quality windows, excellent help when ordering, very good fitting service. I do really recommend them

Great service good communication of when it would arrive and by the driver on the day

Fast delivery windows and doors look good quality got everything I asked for

My whole experience of dealing with Modern UPVC Windows was first class, they delivered my door and frame on the day they said they would, the delivery driver was very helpful and they have plenty of resources to advise the non pro installer. Most importantly though, I had made a mistake installing my door and Jake on the customer service team answered my e-mail immediately and help me troubleshoot and rectify the issue.

As a builder, I have used Modern uPVC Windows a great deal and have always found them very helpful and the windows great quality. So much so I even used them in my own home project. The website window building tool is great and gives a price there and then which makes pricing projects easy too. I regularly recommend them.

Excellent customer service a year after installation when one of the glass units failed and a replacement was sent within a week.

Really pleased with this company, the communication was excellent with the delivery day as they said it would be. Very pleasant driver and my window is great. Great company to deal with.

Really impressed with the back door i ordered great quality fitted it today very happy.

Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive during ordering and even after we had an issue with a key (not caused by them) they sent out a replacement free of charge. Windows were great quality too.

Excellent website with plenty of useful information. Great range of product to allow bespoke designs. Kept well informed of delivery. Product looks good too, though not yet installed.

We have ordered several windows from Modern windows over the last few years, each item has always been provided as specified and to a high quality. This time we ordered a upvc door, on taking delivery I realised the weight was significant for such a narrow door and on further inspection I noticed it was reinforced almost everywhere, it had an amazing double claw locking system, two sets of upwards and downwards claws top and bottom along with a single central claw and multiple locking cams. This in my opinion made the door a real bargain at the price we were charged. Thanks modern windows.

Thank you for the advice ,manufacture and delivery of this excellent made to measure Upvc door.
This door has lifted an old log cabin from dumping area to home office.

Very helpful delivery driver, since at 70 the French doors are heavy, turned up before 8.00am and l had them fitted by 2.00pm including removing the old patio doors , excellent quality and the adjustment was easy

Excellent service throughout

Good quality windows and doors. Very good after sales service.
