Moissanite Reviews

Amazing! Such good communication, helpful at every stage. Had an engagement ring bespoke designed and made and I couldn’t be happier. Ellie was a star at answering all my questions quickly and I couldn’t thank them enough, great value for money. Will be getting our wedding bands from here as soon as we are ready. 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered and received my ring within a few days, it was beautifully presented and stunning but the stone I chose had a green tint which did not sit well with my eternity ring. Called and spoke with Steve who said no problem, send it back and he would upgrade the stone at a minimal cost. This was all done within 7 days. I was kept updated on the progress and I am absolutely delighted with both my ring and the service I received. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely perfect service.

Ellie was super helpful, she understood my particular requirements, gave me options to consider, and helped me pick the perfect eternity ring.

As for the ring itself, it is flawless (pun intended), exactly as I'd envisaged.

To add, the case it came in is superb. Very stylish and elegant.

Thank you!

It was a total pleasure to deal with these guys. Lots of great advice when choosing the correct stone and the service was brilliant. My wife couldn't be happier with her ring. Ellie was brilliant over chat and email.
Thank you so much.

Ordered an engagement ring 3 weeks ago (15 working days) and it arrived just as they said it was. Sent an email after 2 weeks just to get an update, got a reply almost straight away with news on the ring. And then a few days later received a tracking number for next day delivery.

The ring is stunning, emerald cut, excellent cut, 2ct vvs1, colour grade D. Fits perfectly and the band itself is flawless.

I recommend buying from here as communication was great (received enthusiastic responses when emailing) and the packaging is spot on too. Wasn't expecting it.

I emailed this company asking for help and prices to fit a new stone, I got a reply within 24hrs from a very helpful lady called Louise, she was very helpful, nd emailed me the price, and what they would do once they received the ring once I posted it I got another email stating they received it and it was going to get repaired checked nd cleaned, I would say from me sending and getting back took about 3 days if that, I was very impressed with the service and I would definitely use them again

Absolutely beautiful rings - I am delighted!

Great, speedy service. They repaired my ring very quickly and did a great job.

Ring was dispatched on time. Arrived beautifully presented. Absolutely love the ring. Was worried as purchased having only seen it online, but couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.

Very easy to order. Quick delivery. The ring is exactly as expected.

Swift courteous service. Excellent communication and so so happy with my ring.
I've given up with real diamonds as Moissanite is just as good, if not better (that's probably the reason why Jewellers abhor Moissanite),and of course, at a more affordable cost and lower insurance premiums. My ring is my 4th piece of jewellery from Moissanite UK and no doubt it won't be my last. Just one wish, please please produce a Moissanite ALEXANDRITE or ANDALUSITE (you've guessed , I'm not keen on common sapphires rubies or emeralds) and possibly produce richly coloured Aquamarines, Topaz or Morganite, if so I'll start saving now. Thank you.

Excellent product and services as always very professional 💓

My ring needed a small repair and a small gem replaced. The communication with Louise was excellent and I had instructions on how to send my ring and how much it would cost for the repair, very reasonable price i might add. Louise emailed me to tell me my ring was ready and dispatched it at time suitable for me.
WELL!! When I got my ring back it looked like new, all cleaned and polished and repaired to perfection. I cannot fault any part of the process.

Excellent service. Prompt replies to emailed queries. I have purchased both my engagement and wedding ring from here and have been very impressed with the quality of the items. Engagement ring is almost three years old and still in excellent condition.

An amazing company to work with. They designed my ring to my specifications and it is stunning. So happy with it.

Love my engagement ring so much! Had so many compliments on it and my partner said they are such a nice company to work with, answer any questions and very helpful.

Fast delivery and beautiful product. Will be buying more

thank you.

Bought another lovely ring, I love the stones are so like real diamonds, full of fire and sparkle, I can’t tell the difference side by side with a my real diamond ring! Great service, package in a gorgeous box and delivered very quickly. If you’re looking for a conflict free, reasonably priced diamond ring, visit this website, there’s something for everyone! My daughter loves my new ring, so I think I’ve lost it🙄.

Moissanite have been exceptional! I purchased an engagement ring in 2019 and recently purchased a fitted wedding ring to go alongside. The initial purchase needed resizing and, at one point, had to undergo a repair. The customer services team were excellent at all times; professional, compassionate and swift. A wonderful experience at all times. It also helps that their rings are beautiful and went down a dream with my fiance and everyone she decides to show it off to.
