After reviewing your file, we confirm that we replied to your request in July 2024 and provided the reimbursement procedure. Claims under the Europe Access policy are handled directly by our partner, not Mondassur.
If no reimbursement was issued, this generally means the expenses submitted were not eligible under the policy terms.

No response to emails
They never respond to your emails regarding the refund due to visa refusals. I had to follow up 7 times via email and multiple times on WhatsApp, with no action. Rather I was accused of not sending the proof of refusal and they sort of threatened to close the case if I do not have the letter which was ridiculous (as I have already sent the letters to them, they simply couldn’t find it).
I would not recommend this insurance to anyone.
To your reply:
I have evidence that I used the same email address throughout. I have a very lengthy email chain following up on you 7 times.
Your dishonesty does not reflect good on your firm. On your email, you apologised profusely, to me your reply is funny.

You used different email addresses to contact our teams regarding the same refund request. This required additional verification to correctly associate the documents with the correct file and resulted in a longer processing time.
The visa refusal letter was received, identified, and formally confirmed in writing. The refund procedure was then initiated in accordance with the contractual process.
The reimbursement is currently being processed and is fully compliant with the 30-day processing timeframe clearly stated in our contract and refund policy for visa refusals. This timeframe is consistently applied to all such requests.
Claims that no response was provided or that the case was threatened with closure are inaccurate.

Après plusieurs années chez Mondassur pour une assurance Horizon 365 à un prix tout à fait acceptable et correct, cette année presque doublement du prix ce qui n’est pas acceptable du tout je vais ailleurs

L’évolution du tarif du contrat Horizon 365, notre solution d’assurance voyage, s’explique par plusieurs facteurs : l’augmentation générale des coûts de santé dans le monde, le niveau de garanties incluses dans la couverture médicale internationale, ainsi que des critères personnels (âge, zone de couverture, durée du séjour).
Ces éléments peuvent entraîner une révision tarifaire plus importante d’une année sur l’autre.
