Connor at Capitol Volkswagen in Merthyr Tydfil was very understanding and helpful. He took the time to explain the options without making me feel rushed or pressured, which I appreciated. His guidance helped me figure out what would suit me best, and the recommendations he gave felt well thought out rather than just trying to push a sale. It made the whole process easier than I expected.

Think twice about buying a VW from Mon Motors in Bristol. My car has a warrentee issue which makes it undrivable. On advice from Mon Motors I had the AA take it to them in Bristol. On arrival they then told me they were so busy with service, breakdowns and warrantee that they are not able to look at it for 2 weeks... just look at it! How can a garage get so busy without creating any capacity whatsoever. I am now without a car for two weeks. As its a serious issue that needs warrantee works I am totally stuck.
So my advice, though I love VW is not to get a car from Bristol as there is no capacity to service it or look after it. This isn’t the first time.

Henry was very professional and clearly explained all of our options. This was our 4th car purchase from Cardiff Audi and we would highly recommend them.

The dealership had a welcoming atmosphere, and the showroom felt inviting. Tyler was helpful throughout the purchasing process, which made things much easier to navigate. He took the time to explain the finance details clearly, which I really appreciated. Communication was quick and responsive whenever I had questions or needed clarification.

That said, it was disappointing that we couldn't collect the vehicle on the agreed date despite providing two weeks’ notice. It would have been better if this could have been managed more effectively. Still, Tyler's assistance stood out during what could have been a more stressful experience.

Mr Justin Crowe was excellent from start to finish. He sent me a video highlighting the car's bodywork and features. He was friendly and knowledgeable and also very efficient with the paperwork on collection day. He is a consummate professional and a credit to the Volvo company! Many thanks Justin.

I went in with some hesitation about financing options, but Mark made everything much clearer. He explained things in a way that was easy to follow and didn’t push me into decisions, which I really appreciated. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave honest advice that felt genuine rather than sales-driven. The whole process of getting my Audi A1 felt straightforward and well-handled. It made a potentially stressful situation much easier.

Really excellent experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Simon. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Quite a bit had to be explained as my last car had survived for 24 years (also from Mon Motors) and all the new technology came as a bit of a surprise. I've got my head around that now and I'm absolutely thrilled with my new Puma. It's an absolute pleasure to drive.

I initially felt unsure about the process but found the experience straightforward. Both Leuan and Ashley were great, taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I was comfortable throughout. They spent as much time as I needed without any pressure or rush, which made things much easier. The purchase of my Ford Puma went smoothly, and I felt well looked after during the entire process.

Absolutely shocking service i rang about buying a car from here i was told someone would ring me straight back 2 hours later nothing i then rang about 4 hours later told the same a hour later the sales manager rang me back i asked him for a video of the car which he told me he would do straight away a hour later I then rang back again to which I was told he was then doing a interview but told he would ring me as soon as he finished then at nearly 6 o clock i rang once again to asked when the hell is going on was told they will try and ring back tomorrow absolutely disgusting I think they need training on how to treat customers a very bad service . After I put this review on the sales manger rang me back about 7 o clock to say the car i was looking at which on there web site told me the mileage.was 18563 had actually done.had 29828 so i spent most of the day chasing a car that had more mileage than I wanted, so I completely wasted my time absolutely appalling.8

BUY ELSEWHERE. From Purchase to servicing Bristol Mon Motors Volkswagen has been diabolical.
Trying to get any response from them is repeatedly impossible.

Awful customer service and experience.
Booked my car for service and MOT. I also booked a courtesy car because additional work needed to be done (they haven't completed additional work anyway apparently not part of warranty). Because of the courtesy car I had to wait six weeks to be told afternoon before, that they don't have courtesy car for me. Woman behind the desk called Madison couldn't care less same as the holding manager who I spoke to afterwards. Main manager was on holiday at the time and he never contacted me on his return. If you own older car they will not care about you at all, they only care about customers with newer cars. Very poor customer service in Skoda Weston but at least quality of work from the mechanics is excellent shame about people who are dealing with the customers.

Audi Cheltenham Branch- Audi Q5

I drove for around an hour to visit the Audi Cheltenham branch, and I can honestly say it was well worth the journey.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel valued throughout my visit.

My sales advisor, Chris W, was absolutely outstanding. If I could give him 10 stars, I definitely would. He went above and beyond by showing me a car that hadn't even been prepared or placed on the forecourt yet, ensuring I had the opportunity to see exactly what I was looking for.

The level of customer service I received was exceptional. When it's time for my next upgrade, I'll be returning to Audi Cheltenham and asking for Chris without hesitation.
