I had a problem with a Morphy Richards blender and a spare jug. Claire, representing the customer service team, was absolutely amazing and has resolved the issue efficiently and very quickly. Really impressed with the service.

From the moment I contacted customer services, Jessica was friendly and helpful. She made the whole process smooth, explaining how to try to resolve the problem myself and then organising replacement of the iron. The customer service was excellent.

Kettle switch failed exactly two tears to the day of a two year guarantee. After sending through no end of photos and proof of purchase/warranty as requested, Morphy Richards claim that the faulty switch is due to me living in a hard water area and limescale build up. I can't quite fathom the link myself and don't accept that. However, responses to emails back and forth were swift (sometimes within minutes) and as a gesture of goodwill they have replaced the kettle, which came swiftly the very next day. The outcome was the right one and the resolution was quick and efficient, just slightly galling that the narrative was that they're doing me a favour rather than upholding their end of the bargain!

I would like to give Jessica praise as shes been communicating with myself because we have had an issue with our toaster which was only 6 months old.
I was worried as I could not find the email as proof of purchase but found the transaction on a bank statement.
Jessica promptly sent us some troubleshooting ideas but they didn’t work.
So she arranged for a replacement toaster.
From myself first contacting her to receiving the new toaster has only taken 3 days.
I just want to add Jessica was very helpful and prompt with her replies and I’d like to thank her very much. Her Customer Service skills are excellent.

Ordered a kettle which arrived with visible manufacturing flaws. Returned for a replacement. Simple enough to arrange but a long wait for the new kettle to arrive. Had delivery instructions for a set day so waited in. No delivery. Message to say my delivery had been changed as requested. I had made no such request. I was then contacted by Morphy Richards to say it was they who had changed my delivery to include correct address. By this time though, the courier was returning to sender. I told the customer service agent I would like the kettle, please send a replacement as agreed.
I then got an email to say as a goodwill gesture 'sam' had added a matching toaster to my order as a gesture for their mistke. I was shocked and very pleasantly surprised at the kind offer.
The set came but again the kettle was cosmeticly marked. However, despite photos this time I was not believed by 3 Morphy Richards customer service agents. One including supposed manager.
I stressed my point so many times both on live chat and via email but no replacement was offered.
It was like I was being disbelieved and punished for having received an un asked for goodwill gesture.
So now I have the token toaster but no kettle to match.
This has given me serious pause for thought about any future Morphy Richards product purchases. Both for the poor manufacturing and the extreme lack of "some" customer service agents skills.

My soup maker developed a fault after a year. I notified Morphy Richards who decided a new one was appropriate. I had to supply quite a few photos and other proofs but it was not a difficult procedure.

Ordered a soup maker, within 12hrs received an email from Sam apologising about it being out of stock and offering a replacement.
I accepted this and it arrived the next day.

I am really impressed with Morphy Richards!
When the soup maker I ordered was out of stock, they upgraded me to a newer model at no extra cost, such great service. They replied to my emails quickly and delivery was fast. I’ve used the soup maker once and it worked brilliantly.
However, there are a few marks on the bottom that I have not been able to remove, despite following the cleaning instructions on the manual. I also didn't use the sauté function therefore it's not burnt vegetables. The soup maker is amazing in itself, the fact that you have lovely smooth soup in 21 minutes! It's just a shame the vegetables stick to the bottom while cooking.
Overall, excellent customer service and a great product, highly recommended!

I contacted Morphy Richard’s customer service as the jug kettle I had purchased via a retailer 18 months previously had suddenly ceased working.
A swift response and after some evidential photos were exchanged a new one was despatched promptly.

I bought a kettle and toaster direct from Morphy Richard’s . Have commented on this before but after a faulty item and terrible service I returned the items. Still waiting for a refund. Stupidly because the colour was exactly what I wanted I bought again through Amazon . Paid more but thought at least their delivery is good. Kettle came through Amazon next day delivery. Toaster for some reason came direct from Morphy Richard’s and Royal Mail . Guess what. Toaster which was due to be delivered on 25 January is still out there with no indication of when it’s being delivered . Do not use this company unless you want to pay for a product you won’t receive and awful customer service
