I bought a kettle and toaster direct from Morphy Richard’s . Have commented on this before but after a faulty item and terrible service I returned the items. Still waiting for a refund. Stupidly because the colour was exactly what I wanted I bought again through Amazon . Paid more but thought at least their delivery is good. Kettle came through Amazon next day delivery. Toaster for some reason came direct from Morphy Richard’s and Royal Mail . Guess what. Toaster which was due to be delivered on 25 January is still out there with no indication of when it’s being delivered . Do not use this company unless you want to pay for a product you won’t receive and awful customer service

After some exchange of emails I was pleased to receive a new replacement kettle. However I worry for anyone elderly who isn’t tech savvy, how could they send a video or photos? Also, am shocked that my old kettle only lasted 18 months!!!

I spoke to Rich this morning at Morphy Richards requesting a kneading blade for my breadmaker. Rich was very helpful in sending me an email with list of retailers who maybe able to supply one, as the kneading blades were out of stock at Morphy Richards. Rich was very polite and very helpful. After just seventeen months, my iron, stopped giving out steam. I had registered it online when purchased, so therefore had a 3 year warranty. Once I had filled the online form in , I was helped by Jessica who advised me to try different things to solve the problem. However after a week, still had the same issue. Today Jessica informed me that I would be receiving a new replacement and how to discard my broken iron. I am obviously really happy with the outcome and how Jessica dealt with the situation. I have purchased Morphy Richards for many years and because of the outcome, will continue to.
