My steam generator water softener crystals arrived quickly. Price has doubled from £5 in the last few years but I managed a discount. Shame the bottles leak at the stopper and after a few uses they begin to crack as they are used to fill the steam generator - perhaps get 10 uses before the crystals are fully red.

After falling in love with my flashy kettle and toaster I decided to treat myself to a soup maker. I looked closely at the many available and settled again on a Morphy Richards one.
It is so easy, quick to have the most delicious soup which was confirmed by a good friend who bought herself one after a quick lunch at my house. It gave me a chuckle when she told me that she had soup for Christmas breakfast!!
I was very pleased to see that my soup maker scored top marks in Which tests….way ahead of the second. Should I need a replacement appliance I shall definitely go straight to see what Morphy Richards has …..and try not to succumb to the other tempting things on offer.

I recently purchased a slow cooker from Morphy Richards via their website and I have to say it was an extremely successful purchase. I am extremely impressed with my new slow cooker and also with the Morphy Richards company. As when I purchased my slow cooker I paid the full price of almost £50 however I then discovered that had I waited a few more days I would’ve been able to buy it for a much cheaper price as they’d got a discount available due to Black Friday etc. So I emailed them and said had I known about the discount I’d have waited to buy it. I explained that I was on an extremely tight budget and was in receipt of Universal Credit and that the discounted price would’ve helped me a lot. I wasn’t expecting anything but just wanted to make them aware of how much it would’ve helped me. However the next day I received a reply from them stating how my email had resonated with them and offering me the discounted price and as I was paying for the slow cooker in three instalments, I was able to reduce the payments due to their generous offer of the discounted price. I emailed them back to say thank you very much and also tell them how much my new slow cooker was helping me with my cooking and also saving energy, then received another email from them saying how much my email had touched then and that they were extremely happy that they’d made my life a bit easier. So the upshot is that I’d highly recommend Morphy Richards as a company because not only are their products of an extremely high quality, they’ve proved themselves to be a compassionate and caring company who deserve to be praised for their kindness and understanding. Also they’re a British company and that’s so important these days, as I firmly believe that we should all be trying to buy British brands.

Excellent customer service , my query was answered very politely and quickly. The electric blanket is soo cosy ,with many options for the level of heat , easy to fit with a stretch band to secure the blanket to the bed. Delivery was quick and the price excellent . Bought a New toaster for Christmas, but after 2 weeks the button graphics are disappearing.

Just bought a new microwave, wanted a simple turn on timer and start but noooohad to just press ten buttons beep beep beep and nothing. Got it down to three buttons then same thing then two buttons. Then back to ten buttons. Never the same twice. Down the garden by the cord, scrap metal the lot of them.

Purchased the Morphy Richards Total Control Hand Blender Set . The delivery of the item was very quick , but we were disappointed to find one of the accessories supplied with the blender damaged . The item was well packed so not sure how the item was broken. We contacted Morphy Richards customer service department to report our disappointment with the delivery .
We received a reply to our email very quickly to acknowledge receipt and that they would get back within 24 hrs.
Shortly after receiving their email , Jessica ( Morphy Richards contact ) emailed back apologising and said a replacement item was bring dispatched that day . I am pleased to confirm that next day I received the replacement.
Now that’s what I call customer service , quick courteous response and resolution to my query
I feel confident in dealing with Morphy Richards in future that if there should be any queries they will address it promptly and efficiently.
