I was very happy with my stream generating iron but it developed a fault. Thankfully, it was still in its guarantee and Morphy Richards were quick to replace it when terrible shooting didn't work.

I have always had bad luck with vacuums over the years. Even an expensive vacuum let me down. So today I managed to find my dream vacuum in a local store. It was half price and not too expensive to begin with in my opinion. The bagless corded vacuum is easy to use and the suction is amazing. My carpets have never been so clean. Emptying is fine as I make sure limited dust escapes and I empty by an open window. Great buy and at last I have a vacuum that suits my needs perfectly.

Compact Soup Maker box arrived packed only in a plastic bag. Box was extensively damaged. As this was a gift, it was extremely disappointing. After several emails, I established that if I wanted a perfect box I should have shopped directly at a store (odd advice!), and that 'cosmetic box damage' can't be avoided. Eventually I was forwarded a return label, with terms and conditions stating that if box was returned damaged a refund wouldn't be given. I gave up, and gifted the damaged box, explaining and apologising for Morphy Richards shocking customer service.

My nearly 2 year old kettle started leaking and the warranty had expired with Amazon. I therefore contacted Morphy Richards, who, after an explanation of fault and some photos, said they would replace the kettle!

I emailed with a video of a broken coffee machine and a email copy of the extended warranty. After over a week of emails back and forth, they will not accept the extended warranty that they issued themselves. They’ve offered a 30percent discount code off morphy Richards products. I would not buy their products again and will not trust an extended warranty.

Harry was very good and sent me some helpful information but it did not solve the problem and I could not find anywhere from his list that stocked the chopping blade assembly separately. However, by manually turning the blade through 90 degrees, it seems to have solved the problem, at least for now.
