Cola Ice is unbeatable – and the fruity ones are perfect too!
Tried a few different snus brands before, but this one stands out by far. Cola Ice is my absolute favorite – super refreshing, just the right strength, and the taste is spot on. Nothing else hits the same way. My girlfriend loves the Strawberry, Raspberry, and Cherry flavors – she says they’re smooth, fruity, and not too harsh, which is perfect for her. We’ve both been seriously impressed. Fast delivery, great quality, and honestly, we’re not going back to anything else. Highly recommended!

Wow – thank you for such an amazing review! We're so glad to hear that Cola Ice has become your go-to – it's a favorite for a reason! And we're thrilled your girlfriend is loving the fruity flavors too – we designed them to be smooth and enjoyable, so it’s great to hear they’re hitting the mark.
Your kind words about our quality and delivery mean a lot to the whole team here at Muse. We’re so happy to have earned your trust, and we can’t wait to keep impressing you both.

terrible product
I've tried 20+ nicotine pouch brands and Muse are by far the worst. The pouches are absolutely huge and they contain colouring which is just unnecessary. They're also the only nicotine pouch that has ever caused gum irritation for me.

Hi James,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
At Muse, we’re always striving to offer the best possible product, and we understand that preferences can vary widely when it comes to nicotine pouches. Our pouches are slightly larger by design to deliver a fuller flavor experience, but we realize this may not suit everyone. As for the coloring, it's included for a unique visual identity, though we take care to use ingredients that meet strict safety standards.
That said, we take reports of irritation seriously and are truly sorry to hear this happened. We’d love to learn more so we can investigate further and improve where possible. Please feel free to reach out to our team directly at hello@museitnow.com .
We appreciate your honesty and hope you find the product that works best for you.
Kind regards,
The Muse Team

The best tasting Nicotine Pouches!
The best tasting Nicotine Pouches I've ever tried!
The flavours are really strong, and super sweet if you go for fruity ones. I've tried a multitude of Pouches from different companies and these by far came out on top for flavour.
Super fast shipping also, and this is the only company who offer two free samples rather than one, which was definitely a positive!
The only reason I've given four stars rather than five is because the nicotine was not as effective in these Pouches compared to others that I have tried.
I use nicotine regularly to help with chronic pain, so I do need quite a high mg to even feel it nowadays, but compared to other Pouches of the same strength, these were the least effective.
Overall, if you don't need super high strength but want the best tasting Nicotine, I'd definitely go for Muse!

Hi Alisha,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you found Muse to be the best-tasting nicotine pouches you’ve tried — especially that the fruity flavours stood out for you. It's great to know that our two free samples and fast shipping made a positive impression as well!
We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the nicotine strength. We understand how important that aspect is, especially when you're using nicotine to help manage chronic pain. While we aim to strike a balance between flavour and strength, your insights are invaluable and will definitely be shared with our product team as we continue to develop and improve.
Thanks again for your support — and for giving Muse a try! If you ever have any questions or need help choosing a product that might better suit your needs, we’re always here to help.

Quality control
Purchased some products recently but I think Muse are experiencing some quality control issues, irn bru flavor has no flavor and just tastes bitter. They did send out replacements but same issue with that flavour. Hopefully they fix this as its putting me off repeat custom. I'm guessing this is a startup so production equipment / QA may be at a similar stage

Flavourless
I was very excited to try Muse pouches. I had heard good things about the flavours being very strong. I did find the pouches to be dryer than other similar products available, making the pouches very good for staying in place. However, I found the flavour almost non existent and very underwhelming. I kindly recieved 2 pouches for free under promotion. The flavours I sampled were ice cola and creamy coffee. Both were extremely flavourless!

fast delivery, but too dry pouches
fast delivery, trackable, nice taste, but far too dry.plus remember to half the actual nicotine per pouch compared to what it says on the tin. as the pouches are 0.5g each. whereas the tin is the total nicotine per gram. The dryness goes away after 10 mins and hence the pouches last longer than other brands that are more moist.

Helps me sleep!?
I have used other brands in the past, but they were unpleasant feeling and 'meh' tasting. Then I came across Muse with flavours like Cola Ice and Strawberry Raspberry Cherry, and WOW they taste good. There's no unpleasantness, just pure flavour that releases slowly which I love. A side effect of the 6mg is that it makes me sleepy in the evening, after years of fighting with insomnia I finally found something to help me sleep... I thought nicotine was a stimulant but apparently it's a sedative at low doses! Muse is great and I'll definitely buy more.

Got the two free samples just paid…
Got the two free samples just paid shipping the strength and taste overall and actually really good, not over powering. Downside is they don’t actually state how much is the tub nicotine strength is as a whole and how much nicotine the individual pouches are which most other brands do.
Am I getting 24mg per pouch or 24 mg amongst the entire tub, confusing.

Antwoord van Muse
Hi there, thank you for your review. I am sorry if there was some confusion. The label around the side of the tub indicates the strength per gram - each pouch weighing 0.5grams.
I hope this clarifies!
Thanks
