Over the past 3 years I've tried 30+ different brands of nicotine pouch and Muse is the best by far. The flavour is unbelievable and long lasting, every flavour is delicious. The consistency of quality is great aswell, I've had no unsealed pouches so far in the nearly 6 months I've been using Muse which was a regular occurrence with other brands. Very fast delivery aswell. Muse is the only pouches i use now and will be for as long as i use pouches. Looking forward to any new flavours on the horizon.

I ordered on the 25th december for next day delivery i payed more and now its the 28th and i still havent recieved my order.

I was looks for for a deal came across this brand got two for free (pay delivery) iorn brew and and tropical both in 6mg they came before christmas speedy delivery i was pleased and even got some free halal gummies witch was nice overall good product will buy more

Got a couple of free samples from muse. Flavours are more vibrant than some other brands, they also don't burn as much compared to others. Delivery was quick only had to pay for shipping. Will try them again

Unfortunately my experience with Muse has been very disappointing.

I ordered 0mg nicotine pouches (strawberry raspberry cherry) and was sent a nicotine-containing version instead (strawberry raspberry cherry 12mg), which is a serious issue, especially as I am post-operative and must avoid nicotine for medical reasons. I contacted customer support multiple times but received no response, which left me no option but to resolve the matter via my bank.

While the 0mg Cool Mint flavour itself was decent, the quality control error and lack of customer service completely overshadow any positives. Sending nicotine products in place of 0mg is not something I would expect from a company in this space.

Edit / Update:
Muse have since been in touch and resolved the issue. They explained that my emails had gone to their junk folder, apologised sincerely, and sent out a full replacement order via tracked delivery, which arrived the next day.

While the initial mistake of sending a nicotine product instead of a 0mg pouch was concerning, especially for someone post-operative. I do appreciate that once the issue was seen, it was handled promptly and professionally. The replacement order was correct, and the response felt genuine. The products are good, I would recommend.

Only sent 1 of the things I ordered and then ignored my emails when I wanted to get the issue sorted. Paid extra for next day delivery and didn't receive my order for 5 days.
Issue ended up being resolved, replacements was sent quickly and fully refunded delivery. Person who got in touch let me know what was going on and everything worked out.

Great for starters and long lasting flavor buying again

I've tried ZYN, Velo and ON, but Muse are best. If you're used to smaller, more moist pouches, the size might be surprisingly large, but there are benefits to this. The larger drier pouches last longer, a lot longer, retaining most of their flavour throughout. Also, the nicotine release is much, much smoother. They're still undetectable under the lip when positioned properly and the extra length makes it unlikely you'll accidently swallow the pouch while drinking - something that's a real risk with mini pouches if you like combining nicotine with your morning coffee. Flavour wise, I tried liquorice and coffee, both are fairly sweet but accurate and pleasant tasting. There's no cloying saccharine aftertaste and they don't collapse into slimy little slivers towards the end. Delivery was super fast thanks to the use of Royal Mail. Taken together, all these things mean I'll be buying Muse again, probably the guava or cherry versions. The strength shown is per gram, so each pouch is half that value. Just in case you might be worried about getting into Siberia snus territory with the 24mg/g, I found this strongest version perfectly smooth and jitter-free while being fully effective, so I assume the same is true of the milder varieties, depending on your tolerance and goal. Finally, you get two free standard packs of 20 in the TRY4FREE deal, not little sample versions, so you've a proper opportunity to see if they suit you.

Good flavour (blue razz lemonade) but the burn is unbearable

Product arrived fast. Loving the licorice flavour. I work the night shift as a Coach driver, so thes3 caffeine filled pouches are ideal for when I need a boost!
