Scammers... Didn't have item in stock but still sold it. Took a few days to let me know they didn't have it in stock. A lady called Sally tried being persistent and getting me to buy an alternative. Said if no will refund after 24hrs. Still sending me generic emails about this order and change dispite the email stating refund will be done with in 24hrs. Charged me £20 for an item I just found if Amazon for 89p lol and a lovely £5 delivery for a 2nd class stamped envelope parcel. Scammers be ware

I ordered a personalised wallet for my son as a gift.
My first order got lost, and after contacting them, a replacement was sent which arrived very quickly.
All of my emails were replied to within 24 hours.
I am very pleased with my purchase

Ordered from them, after placing my order, they stated that the order had been delivered but I never received anything i paid for. Proceeded to contact customer service and they proceeded to provide various kinds of excuses and reasons why the product has yet to be delivered.

I ordered a necklace omg its like something you would get off wish or kids lucky bag worth no more than 2euro and I payed 60 euro altogether I don't nó how to put pic up on this but will all over Facebook was a gift for my daughter waited ages for it had to go out and buy a proper one they won't txt me back stuff all comes from China rubbish honestly do not spend a penny with them

I ordered a gift for my partner for valentines and it still has not arrived. 8 days later and im now seeing all these reviews, I'm wondering if I'll even get it. It's misleading that is says your namednecklaceuk

I just bought Dallas cowboys watch and was sent the wrong one, tried to contact someone in costumer service nothing.

Received a personalized ring for Christmas and three weeks later, it is tarnished. Went to the website, and the company only offers exchanges on unworn items. Cheap work. Bad customer service.

Slowest order ever and customer service are just bots , they can not be humans , they just repeat old responses like broken tapes

Before i ordered photo camera roll keychain i checked here and i was concered because most of the reviews were bad, but my keychain came in 15 days and looks amazing. I cant wait to give it to one person.

Horrible customer service. I ordered two personalized bracelets they are so small that my 4 year old son can fit them, when I contacted the online chat the representative had no intentions on helping me look for a solution. Now I have waisted $80 and can not get it bigger. I even offered to purchase just the bracelet but was told no and I had to purchase the entire item again. What a waist of money and time! Such a rip off

This place takes forever and is full of excuses. I ordered a necklace for my mom and mother-in-law on the same day from 2 different companies, what a mistake that was. I had one in 4 days and this company took almost 3 weeks to deliver. Both were engraved, the one that came faster had much more engraving required. I even paid extra to this company to get it faster, another waste of my money. I will never order from here again, and I strongly suggest no one else order from them. If zero stars was possible, that is what my rating would be.

I ordered and the amount I approved on their website and I was invoiced for was $102.20...a couple of days later i check my bank statement and I see that they charged 104.91! I know it’s only 2.71 extra but by principal I find this unacceptable! It’s wrong! You know how many people don’t check their statement and for few $$ Don’t realize?? On the side this company is making more profit just like that... by adding few extra bucks on their customers transactions. The best part is that when I emailed customer service they asked me a copy on my bank statement transaction instead of looking into their own transaction and when I did... they said they will reimburse me $2.71. Peace of advice...this is not how you regain your customers when you over charge them incorrectly. The correct way to fix this would be to offer them a better rebate on their new purchase, reimburse them the full amount for a better experience next time and properly apologize. They didn’t even properly apologize. Guys just verify your transactions with this company because they might rip u off. Even for few $$... this is wroooooong!!!!!

This company is so awful that I can't even begin to describe my terrible experience... I ordered a necklace and phone cover on 2 February as Valentine's Day presents ... however, I have yet to receive them on 16 Feb and they told me that they were in still in production! Sounds like I wont receive them until March!!! NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I received my item and loved it. It was a photo dog tag necklace with engraving. 💯 perfect

wouldn’t even give it a 1 star!! ordered a necklace 3 months ago for a birthday present and still not arrived. no emails or anything. £30 down the drain to these rob dogs

Should have checked reviews before placing an order on this website. Seemed too good to be true. Giving this website 1 star is still too many. A scam website for sure, multiple people complaining of same thing, after placing their order, never receiving their order and then being unable to contact seller.

I did not receive my order yet! Been a month, no response to emails, the chat now box is nothing but fake. No one responds.
