The only new design in their necklace and jewellery is its xxxxing invisible. Ordered a necklace on 29/11/20 still waiting no customer care just computer generated emails. Tracking system shocking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would give zero stars if possible. First, it was not clear at all that this was a Chinese company until AFTER you hit pay. The delivery was offered as 5-8 day. After realizing it was in China, I attempted to cancel, however they take a 50% fee if you cancel because “they start the personalization process quickly after order”
Christmas present for my niece was purchased and paid for on 12/4. Site had a “guaranteed Christmas delivery” banner at the top of page.
After 10 days with no tracking number, I finally get one saying my item is “at the shippers warehouse” then the next day “item is ready for shipment”.
7 days pass (now 12/22) with no update to tracking. I contact support and am given a weak response regarding personalization times can take 6-9 days( yet couldn’t cancel right after order because “they start personalization very quickly”, COVID delays etc. I point out the guaranteed Christmas delivery message and that this is gift that I’ve waited now over 2 weeks for (despite paying for “VIP” 5-8 day shipping). They then place blame you on customs.
On 12/23 I get a message that the item has been accepted at NL for bulk shipping and 12/24 item in transit to destination country.
It is now January 1 and there has been no update to tracking. It has been just under ONE MONTH since I ordered and PAID for this item.
My request for a refund again was pointed out that could not be done because item was already shipped.
After a while, I will be getting in touch with my credit card company for a refund. Based in n the many negative reviews, I firmly believe that this item is going to be extremely cheap, and terrible quality, as well as possibly not here until February.

AVOID ITS A SCAM!

These reviews are nothing like the experience I have had. My chain came on time it's simply amazing! Just arrived today by post and love it !
I could never have got anything so nice and such good value for money in the UK. I got answers to all my emails and was informed thoroughly about shipments and when on its way to me etc. So I cant understand why the reviews are so bad ???? I cant ? After my cats passing I order a necklace on him they sent me something that looked nothing like a cat more like scrap metal and never refunded . Never again

I bought a necklace never arrived for one year of relationship. I wish I had read the reviews..
How this company can keep to be online? and mostly, appear in the top of google research??
Stealing people is a crime

This is scam. Terrible communication. They refuse to answer to refund requests. They ruined my anniversary gift I was counting on. I never received anything. Don't trust Instagram ads that easily... do your research guys

I been waiting for my phone case since two months already. They don’t have a contact phone number. This is really stupid! I’m really mad 😠 .

ZERO STAR!!!! WORST experience ever! I order my wallet on may 13th for my hubby for father's day and never recieved my order! Every time i try to contact the company its always an excuse on why i can't get a refund or why my product hasn't came yet. These people are scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM NAMENECKLACE!!!! I am so disappointed at myself for not reading the reviews prior to placing an order. I found out after the fact that they are located in Hong Kong. The customer service center does not exist, no response at all, no movement tracking my order. I believe they provide false tracking data. Order placed June 5th for Father's Day and nothing since then. I will never recommend this company and I will make sure others are aware of this purchase scam and false advertisement. By the way they only way I could leave a review was to give 1 star, companies like this sicken me.

They are from Hong Kong 1st off, they dont have a phone number, and it takes weeks to receive an email once u reach out to them. And every reply u get is the same stuff. My product has been in California for over a month. I ordered it on May 2nd thinking it would be here in time for Father's Day. Well its June 17th and still no response or product. I have talked to my bank and filed a claim. I am getting my money back. This company is a joke. I made a mistake and looked at the reviews online, not on google. Online reviews of course are amazing. Please dont fall for this. You will regret it just like I did and still am.

it's been over 6 weeks since I paid and they still have not sent my item. They were communicating with me regularly about the delay until I started asking for a refund.I have no expectations that I'll receive my product or get my money back. lessons learned.
*Update* I received my order after 7 weeks. They refused my requests for refund prior to finally sending the order.

Ordered the wallet with my husbands picture for Father's day. Was a bit nervous since processing took a tad bit longer but I received it early and now Im happy. Picture is accurate and the wallet seems to be of good quality.

If only I could give zero stars (sigh). My daughter ordered a personalized wallet from this place. It is cheap and totally looks nothing like her (enter Shrek). I don't know if someone was trying to be funny or just enjoys ripping off a 10 year old. Shame on them!!!! Also you cannot contact customer service directly, you must message them online and wait for a response. The item ships from overseas but the return shows a P.O. Box in NJ so many issues/questions. I would not recommend.

This company is taking people money it has been almost two months and i still don't have my three watches. Tracking number do not work reaching out to customer service is a joke. They refuse to refund my money. Fist it was slow because of covid 19 then it was its on the way. Then it was sometimes the packages are not scanned you may just get it in the mail. When i ask for a refund i was told that i could not get a refund because item was already sent out. A item that you took my money for and i dont have the product. All the tracking number tells me is that it was shipped and its been on that may 10 2020. I wish i would of look at the reviews first. This company is unprofessional and their is no number to talk to a live agent everything is through email. And even thats a waste of time i email them everyday with no response for weeks.

Do NOT order from this company I placed an order over a month ago and I have yet to get my order I have contact them on multiple occasions to locate my order or refund me and they have been absolutely no help nor will they refund me I am very upset with the service.

Do not order from this company. I placed my order for my necklace on 4/28. It is now 6/4 and we still have not received our order. Shipping was supposed to be 5-8 days. I also wanted to mention that this company has no problem taking the money for your order right away. Funny thing is I received an email a few weeks ago asking how I liked the necklace I ordered. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day present. So much for that. Good luck trying to email customer service. All you will get is the same tracking information you already have and a lame excuse how COVID-19 is slowing down shipping. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered!

I really wish i had read the reviews first i dont order things online cause i worry about this happening. Orderd a necklace for my wife and was told 10-14 day's. Its been close to month now and no response. All says is "in transit" i didnt know it was coming from china very disappointed in this company and will never order from them it might not mean much to them but my family was hurt. I feel bad for other people on here who had the exact same experience but we will take it as a learning experience. NOTHING BUT A SCAM -5 STARS

This company is awful! I wish I could give the a worse then a one star.

I placed and order back in the start of February. Yes I know things have been slower because of COVID-19 but it’s almost June!

I’ve emailed them 3 times now. They keep saying it’s in its way and why it’s so slow.

The last time I emailed them (today) I told them I want a full refund.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I had read reviews about them before ever ordering from them. It seems they are nothing but a Scam.
