Not A Company I would Recommend
My mistake, I wish I would have reviewed this site for this company before ordering. I have went through most of the review's and my sentiments and experiences are exactly the same of the 85% dissatisfied customers. The customers who has put excellent I know are truly behind this scamming company. The company website request you to send in tickets for any situation and you would receive a response within 24-48 hours. This is far from the truth. I have submitted tickets daily for a week and also sent daily emails to a person by the name of "Monica".. The person sent me an original email stating that my order was incorrectly done and had to be reprocessed. I haven't heard anything from this Monica after a week of emails.
Once again, this company is not a company that I recommend for anyone.
Refusal of refund. Horrible product.
First, let me say- I purchased TWO necklaces from Name Necklace equaling up to about $100 total. The first necklace, I received two weeks after purchase. I put the necklace on my niece and left it alone, patiently waiting for the second necklace. TWO days later, the 14k gold necklace I received was in fact NOT real gold. It turned my nieces neck green and the color of the “gold” necklace was now silverish/pinkish color. I took the initiative to write Name Necklace through email and they responded saying that I needed to take pictures in order to receive we refund. I sent the photos and did everything they asked. They then in return, told me to either choose the same price item off their website, or they would give me a “30 percent” refund and a new necklace. First of all, if the first necklace turned her neck green, why would I want another one with the same properties as the first one? Then, they told me that I will ONLY get a refund of 30 percent. Not 100 percent. Now that I have demanded a FULL Refund, they are ignoring my emails. I’ve sent them three emails and now they are none responsive. By the way, I never received the second necklace nor did I receive the shipping tracking number either. This website is a scam. And if you can’t get your money back from these sorry people, you should be able to get your money back from the bank.

Ordered a wallet for my husband on April 2nd. It said up to 8 days for processing and 8 days for shipping. Im like okay 16 days thats not bad. Its officially been 22 days and its not even in the us yet. Usps has nor received it. Pretty sure i got scammed. Will be reporting to the bbb and requesting a refund.

Box arrived with no ring emailed them and messaged on fb both have been read and ignored. Phoned Royal Mail said I had to go through these but have just ignored me.

Why isn't there a ZERO STAR option here? This business is a fraud. Ordered a necklace on 1/21 with PLENTY of time for delivery for Valentine's Day. Only upon our proactive follow-up on the order did we learn the company was halting all shipping for an entire month. When I inquired as to when the item would be shipped, I was told production on the item was still not complete.... this was at least 3 weeks after we placed the order, and they promised all items would be complete and ship 3-9 business days after ordering. So, they lied about the production, they neglected to inform customers about the shipping, and I still haven't received any confirmation of when the order will be shipped. Funny (NOT FUNNY) that they are immediate with charging customers. I am SO SICK of these fraudulent online businesses being able to get away with taking advantage of customers. Will NEVER order from them again and encourage all other people to due their research and NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS, especially if you want your item for a special occasion.

Worst company! Ordered a wallet for Christmas took too long to get here! Order was on California for 6 days. When I got product it was very poorly made it looks like online the wallet has the picture burned on it and it’s screen printed looks like will rub off within using it a few times. Although it is leather it is very flimsy and cheep made! I do not recommend buying from this company!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Do not waste your time or money on this AWFUL company. I ordered my dad a personalized wallet the first week of june for Father's Day. It is now nearly august and he still has not received it. Whenever I try to track it it tells me it's in two different places at the same time. I've given up on this absolute garbage "company". There is no customer service either.

I ordered a necklace about a month ago and just received it yesterday, the wording is so tiny you could barley make out the names. Nothing close to what it looks like in the picture. Also, when trying to track my order every time I logged on someone else information would pop up giving me their, credit card number,address, phone number, email address. I have already put a complaint in with customer service and was told it was because of a website malfunction. This is still not okay that our information is being put out there!!

Do not waste your money. I have been waiting for a month for the personalized wallet I ordered. Got the run around and just got it today. The picture that is on the wallet was altered so badly it no longer looks like the people in the actual picture. Its a waste of money and time. Customer service is a joke! No wonder you dont have a customer service number and take up to 3 days to respond via email. You have ao many people calling into complain! Very unsatisfied and do not recommend. Find a credible company who values their customers satisfaction.

I was very concerned about getting this wallet in time so I ordered it early and even paid for expedited shipping. I placed my order on 05/27/2019 and approved the photo on 06/05/2019. When I questioned when it would be shipped(the website says 5 days to process) I was told that my order would not be shipped until 06/21/2019 and then it will take 2-4 days to make it to the transfer station and then 2-4 days to be received by me!! i WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDER IF I WOULD HAVE KNOW THE AD WAS MISLEADING AND THE ORDER WAS GOING TO TAKE ALMOST A MONTH TO PROCESS.

I ordered a necklace in December as a later Christmas present. It was suppose to be delivered on January 31. I am unable to track the necklace with the tracking number as it does not tell me what courier company is being used. There are no numbers that I can call to speak to Customer service just emails which I have sent and finally got a respond asking if my mailing address was correct; which I confirmed it was. No response after that about whereabouts my package is.
Only respond that I got was that there will be a refund of $6 which will be applied to my credit card and it has been processed. My question is WHERE is my necklace and why am I NOT GETTING THE FULL REFUND ? The necklace was not $6 but well over $50. I have sent emails requesting this info and no response. I have lost my money and not to mention a very disappointed little girl at home.

Missing item, sketchy tracking
I ordered a necklace on December 6th. I received a confirmation and an email saying that the necklace shipped. However, the tracking information does not work. Upon my first attempt something popped up in various languages and it appeared my order was in China as of December 13th. Upon further attempts, the tracking system on the Loveu website says it does not recognize my order number and when I tried to track it directly through the EMS mail service it said it was not allowed to track that item. Not sure what that means, but it seems sketchy. I am very disappointed because my mom has been asking for this necklace for many months as her Christmas present.
Poor Customer Service, False Advertisement
I was extremely excited about ordering from this company. It has been 3.5 weeks and my order status still says that my jewelry is in the process. I have emailed the company but no one has responded. Very disappointed 😔 The ring was a gift for my mother, it was ordered the first week of December and I've heard nothing. A simple email/response from the company would have gone a long way.

When I first ordered my necklace, I was a little worried because I didn't receive any type of confirmation for my purchase. I sent two emails in the week following my purchase requesting some sort of confirmation which went unanswered. That's when I really started to panic. So I decided to look up some reviews on the site and I came to this one. Another customer said that writing a review and posting a comment on their Facebook site garnered the immediate attention of the company's customer service, and so I followed her advice. I immediately received emails and phone calls with the requested info. Melissa and Autumn from CS were wonderful, and even went so far as to give me a 10% refund for my troubles. Very happy!
