I would strongly recommend National Motoring Lawyers if you are being convicted of a driving ban. 1 long lengthy proccess but NML always provided the best possible service throughout. NML worked hard to ensure my best interests were at heart right throughout. I would like to thank everyone at NML for everything you all done for myself after many ups/downs NML won my case and chargers for failing to provide which could have left me with a 2 year driving ban with no previous convictions proving my innocence after all the stress/tears chargers were dropped therefore my motoring case was dismissed. Amanda my case worker, the accounts team, Gary the principle of NML, Sandra my lawyer dealing with my case, and again most importantly Mr David Houldcroft my representing solicitor who attended every court hearing, helped myself to prove my innocence and had gave his full support through out and of course achieving the outcome of Not guilty & Nicki his lovely wife whom helped me in uncertain/difficult times throughout the case you are a diamond your support and comfort will be forever grateful so again thank you. At first, they said that they would do everything to keep my husband's driver's license, but they did everything to spend a lot of money on it, and the result was 0. First, the day before the trial, they said they couldn't find a representative for the court, so we had to pay another £180 for them to find another one. Further, the representative they found was late, he had no information about our case at all, 10 minutes after the trial, he asked me what the case was, during the hearing he could not say anything because he was not familiar with the case, so he told my husband to plead not guilty in order to postpone the hearing. At the next meeting, there was a new representative who was also late, did not even contact us, I called the agency for 4 days in a row so that someone could contact me, but I was simply ignored. As I said at the next hearing, the representative told me to plead guilty, as a result of the loss of my driver's license. loss of a large sum of money and a waste of our time. We didn't understand why we paid so much money

What are you talking about???? Representative didn’t tell anything about translation ,he just told to my husband admit that he is guilty and that's it. During the trial, he only said a few words and not a word was said about the translator. I don't think a few words are worth that much money, the first representative and the second are incompetent.

I recommend using National Motoring Lawyers, they are impeccable and provide the highest standards. From the case working team to the finance accounting team. They were quick to respond to any questions and issues that I had. I was very worried from the beginning of the Court hearing date, but they helped me through the process and provided the perfect support.

I used the barrister Mr Philip Lucas and he was just amazing in court. I can't praise him enough, I was very stressed during my trial. But he calmed me down and ensured everything was OK. My case was dismissed and it was because of Mr Philip Lucas brilliance. How he operated in the court room was masterful.

I am extremely grateful to the National Motoring Lawyers team and for Mr Philip Lucas for everything that they did for me. For which I will be forever grateful, I cannot thank them enough.

I choose NML because after explaining my situation to drug drive related situation, my first intial call made me feel at ease and that they knew what route to go down and best way to handle it. It went all the way trial and got a not guilty verdict due to my solicitor and the expert. Had a great communication through out, any questions I had they answered, was polite, experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Just what you want from a solicitor's.

This was the first time that I had a car accident. William was always professional and helpful. When I could I gave documentation to help my case. When I had questions they answered them. Until the week of my court case I wasnt sure whether they had done enough but all charges were dropped and I didnt have to attend court. I am really happy we chose NML.

NML are simply the best.Was arrested and charged in July for drunk and in charge of a vehicle and went online to search for a lawyer and thank goodness I found this firm and fortunately Laura was the first lawyer I spoke to and she put my heart at rest and started the work with the team and today,I got the good news of discontinuation of my case. Didn't know what I was getting into when I first contacted NML. Didn't know the system or process at all. Met David (and his wife Nicky) at the first hearing in Feb 2024. He explained what was going to happen and what his part in it all was and off he went to do his stuff in the Courtroom. Nicky stayed with me, explained what David was doing in detail and reassured me that he was working on my behalf. The next hearing was May 2024 and the final hearing was on 3 Oct 2024. This was a very stressful time throughout, but both David and Nicky work so well together that they were able to identify processes that hadn't been followed correctly and really went to work on these. The CPS failed to comply with legal requests from David and the court and, ultimately, the case was dismissed. David was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable throughout the process and I am amazed and relieved with the outcome. A very happy customer.

I had an accident and a blood test was taken. NML ensured no stone was left unturned to find the faults that could be used for my defence.

As bad luck would have it i got myself into a situation where i crashed my car whilst over the limit. The stress this caused was over bearing, however after speaking to National Motor Lawyer all my concerns were put at ease. They reviewed my case and prosented me with a list possible outcomes. In addition they also presented me with a list of associates to choose from all with gold rated experience to represent me. I pleaded not guilty as advised then weeks before my case they called to advise me that my case had been discontinued due to lack of evidence. I have never been so happy. Thankful to NML that I got to keep my license for an extra 6 months after the incident date! Absolutely shocking joke of a company. How trading standards haven’t shut these down I’ll never know. Lead you to believe you have a case knowing full well you dont, take all your money then at the last hour send a solicitor to tell you to go guilty . Disgraceful , no communication between the company you pay and the solicitor they send.
