I was very happy with the service provided. I would use them again if I ever found myself in a situation like I was previously in.

I was charged with drug driving back in March. I discussed my case with several lawyers, but my initial call with Garry was when I knew NML were different. He showed that he cared and explored all defence options available. They are really affordable in comparison to other firms and offer payment plans as well as great customer service.

My reviewing lawyer was Sandra Cooper alongside caseworker Paul and they were just absolutely brilliant. Kept me informed and up to date throughout my whole case, acknowledged and delivered to my requests and found the best defence case we could use. She gave me hope.

The day before my trial I got a call from my representing lawyer Raoul who explained what would happen on the day and answer any questions. We then met 30 mins prior to the trial and debriefed through the plan. He was very thorough and kept it real. We had to wait 3hrs before we actually went in and when we did, Raoul did his job. He was great, stated the facts, took a different approach, got to know me and genuinely fought for me. This resulted in a case dismissal and me being found not guilty!!!

This was the best case scenario and NML made it possible for me. I got to keep my job and more importantly my license 😅. I thought I’d have to settle with the ban and just firm TFL but thank god I found these guys.

If anyone is going through the same situation don’t settle, give yourself a fighting chance and hit up NML!!!

Thanks also to Mr Rasib(rep), I Was told I may have a defence by Sandra and she assigned the team and got to the task, I had my case dismissed due to lack of evidence. So ended up keeping my licence and chance of promotion. Once again Thanking you guys.

Dear sir/ madam Please 🙏🏽 I beg you in the name of if you have a drink drive case if you can't get another solicitor company to go court with you don't used this company they will not help you.all them good for is to send you big bill and let you end up in court with big bill.and will send solicitor to court who cant defend your case and make pure mistke while taking to the judge. No good only for your money.

I contacted NML when faced with the prospect of a driving ban for an alleged motoring offence. I initially spoke with Sandra Cooper who explained my options and then received brilliant support from my case worker Paul and reviewing lawyer Laura Heywood. Once my case was prepared I had my case dismissed thanks to my advocate Philip Lucas whom I highly recommend to anyone who is worried about losing their license. NML helped make what was a worrying 10 months waiting to see what would happen, eventually have a positive outcome. My business relies on having several licenses and this situation had the potential to put this in jeopardy. Thankfully NML we're able to do a great job and the CPS eventually dropped their case three days before the trial.

I had very hard case and due to some issues previously this made my case even more complicated.
NML first interaction with myself was brilliant very positive and very open.
However there’s is bit of let down is the fees everything is money and money.

My biggest thing was trial when the lawyer I selected even she won the case she told me to appeal guilty and this put me really down after almost £9k spend this is not what you wanna listen.

I plead myself not guilty and I won the case couldn’t be more happier.
Bit of more interaction with the customers should be something that you guys need to take in consideration.

Now waiting to recover some of the money spend and I just need to say thank you.

I have got to write this review to thank NML in getting me a Discontinued from the CPS in a trial I was to attend tomorrow 12/06/2024. From
The very first call back in January 2023 to the present day this firm kept me updated monthly as to the position of the court case regarding my Hip Flask defence I had raised . Today I got a call stating that I don’t need to attend court as insufficient evidence was available . Had I not contacted NML I fear I would have otherwise lost my licence to drive and this would have had a detrimental effect on my life with work and home. I’m so relieved , and can’t thank the team enough , especially Sandra, Nicola and Paul .I recommend anyone with a driving conviction looming to get in touch with NML from the onset to help securing a positiv outcome . For anybody with the similar experience contact NML who were very efficient in getting my drink drive case dropped. While I failed a roadside breath test it wasn't by a great amount, the polce station breath test I was confident of passing but their machine was not operating properly either accidentally or deliberately. My experience with NML has been friendly and feedback was quick. If you sre being charged at a magistrates court and intend to plead 'Not Guilty' the be sure to have a NML lawyer to agrue your case.

NML were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and kept me updated with everything that I needed to know and needed to complete regarding my case. They provided me with an excellent Barrister who won my case.

When I first enquired with NML, I was given great advice and I then read their reviews and felt that they were the ones to assist me.

To say the least I was worried and stressing more than anything, however NML kept me in the loop at all times. When the bills came into pay, I was shocked and I couldn't afford to pay all at once. I made a call and they were more than happy to help and provide a payment plan.

They have done a great job and thanks to them, My case was dropped. When I got the call from them to advise I wont be losing my license, I cried. I am very grateful.

I can’t give this company enough thanks and praise. I was so stressed out after I was charged with drug driving for days I was panicking wondering what to until 1 day I went on line and came across national motoring lawyers. I decided to send NML a quick description of the situation I was in. Within 20 minutes I received a phone call from one of lawyers at NML. After speaking to the lawyer my mind was put at ease. NML kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, kept me up to date with everything they were doing. A week before my court date the CPS dropped the charges 👍🏼. Having National Motoring Lawyers represent me was the best decision I made. I was going through a drink driving charge since December 2023. After appearing in court 4 times, NML eventually had the charges against me dropped 7 days before my trial and are now going through the process of claiming back some of the costs I have paid. I was sentenced to a trial for drunk in charge of a vehicle and expected to receive 10 points and a fine. David houldcroft represented me and set my mind at ease explaining every eventuality in layman terms . He argued my case which got thrown out on a technicality. Following a car accident, I was breathalysed and found to be over the limit. I felt I needed advice about any forthcoming police action and having researched several solicitors settled on NML as they appeared professional, helpful and not too expensive. NML's Gary Roberts helped a lot with my initial enquiry in advising me that I should put forward a no guilty plea on a number of different aspects. The lawyer representing me at the first hearing was Ms Shrestha who was very professional and communicative and the trial lawyer, Jay Lemosa, was excellent at representing me and getting the case dismissed. I therefore retained my licence with no ban, no criminal conviction and costs awarded. I would therefore whole heartedly recommend NML to anyone in such a position and when the whole situation felt so hopeless.

I have this morning been at trial for dd. I was facing a 3 year ban and was understandably worried and didn't hold out much hope in keeping my license.
Initially Sandra Cooper was brilliant and set all the balls rolling involving Laura at the plea hearing who was lovely.
After lots of advice, I chose to plead not guilty which then led me to the trial at magistrates Court today.

David Houldcroft was in one word amazing along with his partner Nicki who put me at ease throughout our initial meeting in Court.

David explained everything to me in layman's terms and knew exactly how he should represent my case in the most professional way after years of experience. David worked his magic and I kept my license with 10 points and a fine to be paid in 12 month installments.
