I was looking at a19/21 month ban for DD.
I rang national motoring lawyers the day after my release from the station.
The guys in the office got to work straight away and excelled in absolutely everything that they did for me. They went above and beyond my expectations, found more than one procedure problem with what the police had done.
Phil Lucas represented myself in court and I couldn’t recommend him or this company enough!
Everyone who I spoke to said there is no way you won’t get banned.
Proof is in the pudding if you don’t want to be band USE THESE GUYS!

Absolutely a scam and unprofessional. They sent an email with my file on Saturday night while my appointment was next day Monday morning at 9am. I had to show up at court with no file or paperwork. Do not wast your money. They are just sales man not real lawyers. I will also report this to ombudsman service.
You forget to mention 02/02/24 at 5pm pass Friday, that counted as weekend. You are a lawyer and does not respect the law. “Office Out of hours” i have paid £1980 for preparation and representation which you failed to provide me with my file on time after you asked me to pay the same amount again. How is this 5 star service? Am confused how you get this.

In December 2023 I was arrested at home for refusing to take a breathalyser test for an accident the police accused me of being involved in. This was false.

I was taken to the local police station and strip searched in the hall way in the presence of male and female officers. I was in a cell for 24 hours and charged with a crime that I did not commit. I had my first court hearing at the magistrates in January 2024 in which I pleaded not guilty to the charges. The trial date was set for April 2024.

I contacted National Motoring Lawyers and throughout the entire process my case handler Paul worked alongside my reviewing lawyer to ensure I had a positive outcome with their sound knowledge of the motoring laws. Paul and I worked in partnership and his communication skills were excellent as any ambiguity was clarified in a timely manner.

The whole process took over 4 months which was very stressful as I was looking at a possible custodial sentence and a driving ban. But with the continued support from Paul and his team, the case was thrown out 3 days before trial.

I want to give my sincere appreciation to Paul and his wonderful team for ensuring that I have no criminal record and my drivers license is still intact. I would definitely recommend National Motoring Lawyers.

My husband was charged since he failed to provide breathalyser sample in Police Station. After being told my case was ‘straightforward’, I would have rather been represented by Rowan Atkinson in Four Weddings. Absolutely embarrassing failure of verbal fluency and detail. Left out massive parts of my case whilst using more filler words than Vickie Pollard. They offered me a discount on the future use of their service as compensation. Utterly disgusting. They're factory farming cases, so hire someone local and speak with the solicitor so you can gauge their competence. I watched in horror as I realised I could have better represented myself.

NML kept us informed every step of the way in the drink driving case.
They were worth every penny we had to spend. Yes, it was expensive but what price can you put on retaining your driving licence. Hats off to Mr. Lemosa, very professional held our defence in court had an impressive stand in court. Thank you NML for getting the result that in a drink driving case that really, we thought we had no chance whatsover with !

Upfront and clear fees. The reassurance provided by not only the professionalism of the company but also the warmth, friendliness, understanding and compassion.
Very well informed since the first phone call and the subsequent emails / calls.
Never given false hope, just clear facts.
My case was ultimately thrown out after 4 hearings, instead of the expected 2. This meant through no fault of NML, I had to pay for the legal expenses for the additional 2 hearings, and was sad to learn that many are unable to continue receiving legal support due to the funding. To anyone experiencing this, do not let the courts and CPS allow you to be pushed out of having a fair hearing, NML ultimately won this for me and the courts are required to reimburse me.

Upon making my initial enquiry (December 2022) I spoke to Gary Roberts who immediately put my mind at rest. He explained the whole process in detail and every opportunity we had for mitigation or dismissal.
Initially represented by David Houldcroft at court who saw the whole case trough. The final outcome came in September 2023 (not NML fault, total incompetence of CPS) needless to say I drove home from court with no ban.
There are periods of quiet and sometimes not the easiest to get hold of, but trust me "Believe in the process".. no stone was unturned.
Again massive thank you David Houldcroft, he was the man on the day(s), if you get the opportuntity for him to represent you .. take it!!

Absolute scam. Don't fall for it. They make you believe you won't get a ban. Ended up paying 3kand still got banned. Don't fall for it. Represent yourself or find a local solicitor (you don't need one that so called specialises in motoring offences)

This company have been payed and instructed but since getting money zero responses or call backs or reply’s to emails
I have kept all the emails as evidence as I have worked for a massive uk law firm and although they are not criminal lawyers they have said they can help after our case to report this company
My son is in court Monday and has had promise after promise of a solicitor calling before then and nothing so Monday morning we attend with no contact and possibly no solicitor we will see update to follow
As below contacted out of hours Sunday and assured solicitor would be in court 930 to discuss case before hearing
Will keep this post updated so today 22nd solicitor turned up at court Alex and he was actually very good and genuinely would recommend him as above the response from the call centre wasn’t great but the representative was superb
